I just had the worst experience with…
I just had the worst experience with this company. My order I put the address for Al Ain and in their system it was Abu Dhabi . They did not deliver my gift and refused to return the money not even keep it in my account as credit .
I will never ever send any gift again and I will make sure that everyone I know is also not dealing with them.
Worst customer service.
And I'm an old customer so I thought they will at least put in as credit.

I have created an order, the company arrange it and it was delivered on time, the flowers were fresh and shiny, and the cake was delicious.
When I was on a call with the customer service to track my order, they were professional.
The driver was very good.

Many follow ups and many times call and a gift to be delivered at 2am got delivered at 4pm next. Delivery time so long delayed. And big lying on email saying many time call but didnt receive a single call from JIO. Very very disappointed.

Misleading delivery fee
I liked the options available on the website and decided to place order online. The website misled me on the delivery charges. The delivery showed as free but I was unfortunately charged additional on check out.

Supposedly a surprise gift but ended up to be a disturbance to the celebrant. Gift is scheduled to be delivered at 8 to 9 pm, but delivered after after 2 am the next day.

I ordered gifts to arrive on my sister birthday. It should have been delivered on her BD at 2PM. They never delivered anything to her.
And i have had the worst customer service experience ever. I tried to call them many times international calls and they had answer machine on. So i tried to call them several times on whatsapp and then they blocked me. Blocked their customer for tracing his order.
Well done!! Nightmare of customer service experience. This gift shop homestly shall be closed.

Terrible service no delivery despite taking payment
Terrible service, ordered on 8thFebruary for Valentine’s Day. Order still says processing and still not delivered. Reply was received to message but I was just fobbed off. I paid in advance and need a refund but again no reply. Beware of ordering from this company as they go not deliver!!

Terrible service completely unreliable. Placed an order for Valentine’s Day on the 6th of February. No response to WhatsApp and no delivery made on Valentine’s Day. recieved a call saying order will be delayed but until midnight no delivery was made. Worst part is the order was already paid for.

Terrible service. Delivery for a special occasion was done at end of the end post multiple follow ups. This is the second time the delivery is delayed beyond the 3 hour window. It's highly embarrassing for both the sender and receiver to be receiving the gift so late. Possibly joi should stop advertising delivery slots as service levels don't measure to their commitment
