The item I was looking for was out of stock, but it was suggested I put my name on a waiting list, and would be connected when the basket became available.

A beautiful, well-made basket. I am so happy to be able to use such a traditionally made shopping basket.
I had wanted a traditional shopping basket for a wee while and researched scottish basket makers. When I first found this website, the shopping basket I wanted to order was out of stock. When it came back in stock I was emailed. I quickly ordered it and it was well worth the wait. Thank you for a great service.

No need to look elsewhere.
This is the third time I have purchased from John Cowan and each time I have been extremely impressed with both the quality and the value for money. Basically, for a willow basket of any kind I wouldn't look anywhere else.
