We are quite happy with the…satisfied customer
We are quite happy with the installation. The only reservation I have regarding using this company was the pushy ness of the sales and marketing side and the ridiculous first quote that we were given.

Had to get them back the following day…
Had to get them back the following day to address quite a few small snagging issues, but main fault was there was one window sill fitted without the 'bullnose'. Can't find an excuse for that. For anyone thinking of getting them make sure you ask for all the internal joints between the facings and the walls to be finished with decorators caulk instead of silicone. Paint does not stick to silicone.

Final result good with Jobworthdoing but I found I spent far too much time on phone calls with Zenith and had no confirming emails. Standard of product and final workmanship good.

11-months and no finished conservatory!
I've just spent a few minutes looking for the "minus" star rating.
My mother signed her agreement with JDW, almost 11-months ago. Guess what, it's still not completed. 11. Months. Ago.
Their main issues seem to be total incompetence relating to project management, staff retention and a lack of teams or local trades to complete the work.
3-Months ago, we sent JDW a 21-day warning letter for work to start and be completed.Low and behold a reply following weeks of no response, with a first week in December scheduled to start and complete all works. Two months on, it's not completed and now what has been built is leaking. We also have a few tonnes of hardcore on the drive, which wasn't needed and no one will come to collect.
My mother has a chronic lung condition, made worse through stress. JDW has a lot to answer for; mis-selling in terms of timing and work they would manage, (6-weeks to complete the work from contracts apparently!), total lack of communication, lack of basic honesty, poor survey work and not enough competent staff.
Trying to find anyone at JDW, Zenith or Kairos (parent company) to complain to is nigh on impossible. The branch manager we are dealing with (started there 4 months ago) is clearly out of his depth and fighting a lot of historical order issues.
If any senior management from JDW of Kairos read this, I suggest you get in touch rather rapidly. Anyone else, avoid them.

The on going nightmare
I made a big mistake in buying Windows and doors through penicuk / clear way.they have been a nightmare.the so called company that in stalled my new windows and doors is a job worth doing.the manèger Peter from Inverness is never there too answer the phone .the Windows let big draughts in and the back door lets a gale in when there's wind.today Peter had booked a time with me after waiting longer than eight weeks he said he'd be at mine between 2 and four he didn't show up .my windows were in stalled on the 27 August 2018 .its being very stressful and costly .ive ended up with worse Windows and doors than I had before.jane

I've had two installations from Job…
I've had two installations from Job Worth Doing over the last 12 months, on both occasions the surveyor was very knowledgeable and thorough in running through my contract. They arranged an installation that fitted around my work and other commitments and left the property clean and tidy when they finished. I have no reservations in recommending a good product and service and will use them If I need future works completing.

Penicuik/Job worth doing /Newhouse…
Penicuik/Job worth doing /Newhouse Scotland. Had windows fitted end of may. Very large lounge window damaged in transit so another ordered which we were told would be in that week. 3 weeks or so later new window arrived in depot(no updates and many calls from us durng that time) but was informed therecwas a fault in glass so reordered yet again. There were marks on 3 sills too on those already fitted so they were to be replaced. It was 7 weeks from date of original job before we got a date for window to be fitted and for remedial work to be done. Day arrived and at 10am 2 men arrived without the window!! Said he wanted to check other jobs and then go back to get window.Left at 10.30 and that was the last we saw of them. Phoned JWD to see when they were coming back and was told they'd gone home as window was too big!!!! Demanded to speak to manager and did actually get to speak to him. Have to say I went ballistic at this point. He came out later that day . He appeared to very apologetic and window was eventually put in 2 days later. However we noticed a problem wirh bathroom and kitchen window. Engineer came in 31st Aug and said a report would be sent in. 6 weeks later after many calls and unreturned calls by them we're still waiting. Manager came out a week ago again .
If I can stop one person make the mistake of employing this bunch of cowboys I would be happy
The Ipitome of dishonesty
The Ipitome of dishonesty
We have had the worst buying experience of our lives in contracting this company for a conservatory build just over a year ago. We foolishly paid £6200 deposit for the build on the back of having heard of the company through advertising thus assuming they were a safe pair of hands. How wrong we were!!!, over the past year we were fed utter lies and deceived regarding the builds progress by both weatherseal and their partners in crime Jobworthdoing, their contractors and owned by the same organisation Entu/Kairos. Eventually it transpires via a flippant email that the company weatherseal was liquidated and the new owners were not responsible for the contract so the deposit was lost. The new owners of the title weatherseal continued the dishonest ethos of the old by lying about the reason for their failure to complete the contract by implying it was as a result of he local planning department. I informed:
Unable to use his name: The
Legal & Compliance Director
The Kairos Group( Unit 7, Road One, Winsford Industrial Estate, Winsford, Cheshire CW7 3PZ)
of the situation and unfortunately he accepted the lies from the local Jobworthdoing department (based in Newhouse Ind. estate, Lanarkshire, Scotland who have been particularly complicit liars over the period) and his reaction was to stop communicating and continue business as usual. Since my awful experience I have researched the history of the various companies under the Entu/Kairos umbrella:
1 "Entu"
2 "Job Worth Doing"
3 "Weatherseal"
4 "Spectrum"
5 "Weatherseal the Pride of the Nation"
6 "Weatherseal Windows and Doors"
7 "Weatherseal Conservatories"
8 "Weatherseal Home Improvements"
9 "Window Care"
10 "Myhouse Shared Services"
11 "My House"
12 "S H G"
13 "S H G Estd 1970"
14 "St Helens Glass"
15 "Penicuik Home Improvements"
16 "Penicuik"
17 "Zenith Staybrite"
18 "Zenith"
19 "Staybrite"
20 "Ecobrite"
21 "Claritherm"
22 "Ecotherm"
23 "Ec Therm"
24 "Zenith your home. Improved"
25 "Eco Therm"
26 "Staybrite Solar"
Quite a list of well known household names and an unbelievable history of entering liquidation and reinventing itself debt and responsibility free. So it would seem idiotic to associate yourself in anyway with any of the aforementioned companies as given their previous track record it is only a matter of a short period of time that the same process will be repeated were us hard working honest people are scammed by unscrupulous self centred directors and a system that fails to protect the consumer and allows these directors and their solicitors to milk the public with impunity. Yes I am bitter who can blame me however I am writing this review in order to help other honest people avoid this situation and learn from another's mistakes. Take care, David.
