No customer loyalty and unreliable...communication terrible
So thought I made a good deal with this company but should have seen the red flags with only replying to 10% maybe 20% of messages, then blaming WhatsApp even though you can see they have been read.
Finally got a start date assuming they had no other work on, refused to give me an ETA even though I had other workers coming that day so I cancelled my new bed and let them know.
I got rushed into hospital Tuesday but checked myself out because they may have booked the ferry tickets, not that I would know because that question was ALWAYS unanswered, Only to be told they have run out of stock the day before so although I paid a deposit a unit wasnt bought or reserved (allegedly )probably meaning it’s a heatwave so we have plenty of business thanks, we dont care you have made allowances and cancelled stuff and your pensioners in a heatwave.
I asked if they had other models and was told no we only do Midea so I sent a snapshot of being told they do lots of makes and models he sent the week before and instead of an explanation just another insincere apology…Dodged a bullet I can only imagine the aftercare…Happy to make an agreement with a pensioner then let them roast if they can make a few extra quid….The stress they have given us….no wonder I ended up in hospital my biggest regret is turning 2 other traders down because we made an agreement and Im an honourable guy
