I came to JMW having sacked a previous solicitor that had been provided by my employer.
Lucy Hicks from JMW took over my case, listened to me with kindness and compassion, and wrote a letter to the investgating officers and CPS, citing all of the reasons why the investigation should cease, together with caselaw.
Within two weeks of this letter being sent, the CPS returned "no further action." I had been on bail for nearly two years at that point, and Lucy did more in a few short weeks than had been done in the last 21 months or so.

Jade Halliday-Mitchell represented my son, Luke, who was facing a severe driving ban. The case seemed pretty hopeless but we found JMW's website. We sent an email and Luke was contacted the next day. This filled us with hope. Jade lessened our fears by taking over and giving clear instructions as to the next step. My son felt confident Jade would do everything in her power and knowledge to help him. This positivity continued throughout the case. Jade took the angst away by working away at the case for which we had low expectations because of the circumstances. JMW are scammers. I believe they fraudulently ran up a huge legal bill at my expense.

I have emailed them asking for all internal communications under GDPR relating to my case so I can see exactly what happened. THEY REFUSED.

Matthew Ireland is who I have been dealing with. He is the “data protection lead” that ironically doesn’t know a thing about data protection laws.

I have now taken this to the ICO in order to compel JMW to comply with my request.

This firm are con artists! They don’t follow the law, they run up huge bills fraudulently.

I was facing a gross misconduct charge, although there was no basis for this my employers pursued court action to remove me from a job that I enjoy. Milly was the solicitor helping me provide a response through a statement. She was understanding, smart and provided me with a strong defence statement. 18 months later my employers withdrew the case against me.
