We got your two replacement requests on the 15th, both during and after office hours. As a result, we processed them on both the 15th afternoon and the following day, the 16th. However, the needed parts were available after office hours on the 17th. Unfortunately, we're not around on weekends, which we know made the wait for your replacement a bit tough.
To speed things up, we've got SF Express on the case, expected within one day. Within one hour, our support team will contact you with sending photos of the parts and the tracking number. We're truly sorry for any hassle this has caused and will offer you a free gift!

The internal sub build looks great just needs to be better designed.
The internal sub build looks great, and the sub skin makes the sub look great the instructions to build were really good except for trying to differentiate between dark Grey and Black. the reason I did not give it a 5 are some of the parts inside had a single connection point and kept falling off as I build if they connected to the bottom and the top they would have stayed in place and also putting the outer shell on is extremely difficult, I think the designers' besides making the model look good should also give more care to making the parts stable. the price was good and was worth trying your company and if they fix the sturdiness of the build I would consider buying them over LEGO but that being said I will buy more that the designs ae not offered by LEGO.

One of the worst building blocks sets I…
One of the worst building blocks sets I have ever used. The pieces barely lock together… I would get half a step put together and it would just collapse. The instructions are very hard to follow. They were pieces that didn’t even work with the instructions, then I noticed other parts that weren’t needed that worked for what I needed. I have been building lego and other brands for a long time. This has got to be the worst waste of time I’ve come across. Stay away, especially from the mechanical spaceman.

The product was sold out at amazon, so I contacted the seller and everything went fine. Customs was taken care of and the package arrived safely. Since the Astronaut is a present, I cannot give any review about the product itself yet.

Easy ordering, ordered Sunday evening - arrived Monday morning. Quality so far has been excellent! Just have to develop miniatures now and not be skimpy and expensive like the "other guys".
For improvements, would like to see the ships improve the scale of the main gun decks. The way it is now, crewmen cannot stand on the gun decks - needed to be 2 rows higher to accommodate miniatures. The same with some odd spaces - which should see miniatures access it.

Some are good, some are bad
The overall experience wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. First step was to place an order, which went smoothly. They give you a tracking number and then you can just await your order. The number worked but they didn't tell me that they divided my order into two packages. However, once I texted them, they were very kind to explain it to me and the other sets I had ordered had already been on the way.
The sets themselves are good. Or at least some of them. The small ones are great, we had a lot of fun building them. BUT building a house build (an ecological park) was real PAIN. The worst part was that it didn't fit well, it was sloppy and it only LOOKED good. The reason for it being sloppy is that there were no large pieces so the whole construction was wobbly and kept moving.
However, building the cakes, flowers and succulents was an amazing treat and I will be buying those again!

The reason for sending the items in two separate packages was because the cake set was unavailable at the time, so it was shipped together with another two non-electric items a few days later after the first package. We apologize for not notifying you promptly, and we will make improvements in this matter in the future.
As for the issue with the ecological building set, we have provided feedback to our partners, and they will make the necessary adjustments. If more people raise the same issue in the future, we will consider discontinuing the sale of this product.
