Had them for a few months

Had them for a few months. They worked well for three, then the laft just completely stopped charging. I followed the usual fixes and it kept failing.

Such a shame

Such a shame. I got the GoPOP wireless earbuds. When they connect they are great, but take far too long to decide to do so. Have returned to my wired headphones.

If I could leave less than 1 star I…

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. My partner got earbuds with a phone contract. After 2 months they stopped working. He was told to return them to Arizona! He said no as he was not paying for postage for a faulty product so was told by Earl in customer service to send a photo of them. He then sent a code so my partner could order a new pair. He tried to do this but it was then going to cost postage. So Earl sent another code which made them free of charge. My partner ordered them. A week later the tracking said they had been delivered to an address in Leeds. We live 60+ miles away from Leeds. My partner contacted them again and they said could he check they were not in a safe place. To which my partner advised no he couldn’t as we live 60+ miles away from Leeds! Totally different address and postcode! So another discount code later and another few days later and the tracking was e mailed again. The ear buds were being delivered by 8pm that night to our address. When my partner checked later on the ear buds had been delivered again. But yes, you guessed it, they had been delivered to Leeds again!!!
All I can say is thank goodness we didn’t actually purchase any because what an absolute load of cowboys.

AWFUL

AWFUL, DO NOT BUY!! I've had these for 3 months now and the left bud stopped working just 1 hour in. These were the go pop+ earbuds and I've heard many others with the same problem. Poorly designed product.

Ordered from JLab via TikTok Shop and…

Ordered from JLab via TikTok Shop and unfortunately had a very poor experience.
My parcel was never delivered, despite being marked as an attempted delivery by the courier. It was then reportedly being returned, but this return was refused by the seller, leaving the item stuck in transit.
I contacted customer service multiple times over the course of a week and was repeatedly told they were unable to assist or contact the courier. I was instead advised to request a refund, which was not possible as I had not received the item.
The issue was only resolved after I requested details on how to escalate a formal complaint, at which point a refund was suddenly approved.
Overall, this was a frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged process for what should have been a straightforward “item not received” case. I would have expected far better support from a verified seller.

Awful products and app

Awful products and app. Don't purchase jlab. App resets custom settings constantly, sometimes several times on a day. ANC doesn't work well with how the product is designed. If there is any wind no one can hear you and you can't hear much at all. Touch buttons way too sensitive, and will stay connected even after taking them off. Skipping songs or ending calls if touched but not being directly used

AVOID THESE PRODUCTS, THEY ARE ALL FAULTY!

I wish I had checked Jlab.com reviews before purchasing two earphones as it would have saved me making the same mistake other people appear to have made by buying products from JLab! I got two headphones and used one set by plugging it into my phone. I then noticed that each time I moved the earphone jack while it was connected to my phone it caused a static noise while music was playing. You might think an easy solution would be to not move the jack, but if you are out cycling or jogging then that isn't Possible if you are on the move.
I didn't think the problem was with my phone as my outgoing earphones didn't have that problem in my phone, they just stopped working due to being several years old. But for good measure, I tried the jlab earphones in a different phone and got the same problem, so I can be sure it's not the phone but the earphones that are faulty. I then thought I'd try the second identical set of earphones to see if I got the same problem, and it was indeed exactly the same.
Later on, I noticed that every 20 seconds when using the headphones, they seemed to pause the radio station I was listening to without me prompting this, so I had to stop and press play again. This was without me pressing any buttons or leaning on any of the wires. You can imagine what it must be like to have to stop when cycling, then getting your phone out of your pocket, putting your code in and then pressing play again twice per minute. Not conducive to getting very far at all. Very frustrating experience and I would do what others have also recommended and AVOID THESE PRODUCTS AT ALL COSTS! Minus 10 stars rather than just the 1!

Great Purchase.

I recently purchased a set of JLab earbuds ANC and absolutely love them. For the money you pay you get great sound with lots of features like noise cancellation and set up to what ever way you want with one,two or three tap settings on each bud. The build quality is excellent,I will be getting another pair for my wife.

JBuds Lux ANC, good sound but poor materials

Bought JBuds Lux ANC a year ago, sound is great and battery lasts around 3 days.

The issue I am having is that the plastic head band is starting to crack and break off. I have had other brands that have lasted years with daily (all day) usage and have not had structural issues like this.

Firmware ... NOPE .... Dumpware

I bought the JLab GO Work 2 because it claims to work as a Bluetooth headset with a microphone. After a few months, the Bluetooth microphone profile disappeared completely. The headset now only connects in stereo mode, which means no microphone at all over Bluetooth. I tried every reset, including the official dongle reset, and nothing brings the mic back. The only way to use the microphone is with the USB dongle, which defeats the purpose of buying a Bluetooth headset. This seems to be a known firmware issue with no fix. If you need a reliable Bluetooth mic for Teams or calls, look elsewhere.

Avoid JLAB at all costs! Really really bad product quality for a high price

TLDR: Avoid at all costs! Really really bad product quality for really high price

This is honestly just a really bad company that makes really, really bad products. I'm actually shocked by how boldly and confidently they seem to continue marketing their products despite the internet being full of negative reviews and complaints.

I bought the JLab Epic Air Sport ANC True Wireless On-Ear-Earphones and the battery just didn't work. I would charge the wireless earphones, but as soon as I took them out of the charging case, the battery was empty. Considering I paid over 120 Euros, I decided to give it another shot and exchange them for a "new" pair. Same problem. These problems led me to Trustpilot and Reddit and now I regret having ever bought from JLab. But at least I got my money back.

AVOID JLAB EAR BUDS - UNSAFE!!!

I purchased some anc earbuds at the airport, didn't keep the box so unsure of exact model. Two issues that are potentially hazardous: 1. they feedback/squeal which can damage hearing and 2. The tiny mesh came out of one when I was cleaning it, which could have potentially entered my ear cavity. THESE NEED TO BE RECALLED IMMEDIATELY!

Glaring issues with pairing.

I’ve used these for around a year and generally they’ve been fine, with decent sound quality and a charge that lasts several hours. But the pairing issues are very frustrating. Who ever came up with the touch sensitive pairing should be fired. It doesn’t work.

Misleading and slow

Ordered the earbuds four days ago. Got an email the next day saying it was dispatched and I was impressed. Fast forward 4 days and seeing I'm not getting any other updates, I went to check. The only progress so far is that the shipping label was created. When I tried to track the order I was taken to a Swedish(!) website and when I put in the tracking number got a message (in Swedish, thank god for Google translate) saying they hadn't received the item yet. Misleading and slow. Unimpressed. Ordered elsewhere and will return these when they come as I needed them as a present and it doesn't look like they'll be here on time. Let's hope the quality isn't as misleading as the communication.
