Had a nice visit to JJB Banbury last week.Sales girl called Mei-Lan was very helpful in finding us the right items of clothing.She was not pushy at all to get the sale and answered any questions we had and gave us her advice.Wish her well at JJB.

I purchased a pair of trainers but was charged for two pairs. It’s impossible to get a response, and their contact page keeps crashing. They provide no phone numbers or email addresses, making it hard to reach them.

Bought this season United kit for me and my son and a Wolves shirt for my daughter both of theirs were customised and no issues at all! Would use again!

Bought underwear which were smaller than expected and indicated. These were unworn I only compared them to my existing underwater. Was refused a return, basically saying I am a liar. I will NOT be using JJB Sports ever again.

Bought 2 x slazenger scorts they are awful fabric and think they are possibly fake as I have bought some from there and were totally different fabric Even the logo doesn’t seem right.

Shockingly bad. I made an order for next day delivery waited in and nothing so emailed them and didn’t hear back for days they then they refunded postage. Anyway about 2 weeks later I had to put a claim to PayPal for my money back. Definitely didn’t expect to have to do that with a company of this size. Will never shop online with them again.

Great company, ordered pair of trainers next day for £30 all in all a bargin. Thanks. Michael

items arived next day, will definitely be using again.

Awsom Armani collection

Bought a T-Shirt Armani and iron it, destroyed it.. erghh. they should hand some info over would be helpfull like how to iron with the logos on the shirt.

In a modern and competitive market place you would expect by now this company would listen to criticism No options to expedite delivery yet advertise that delivery in 24 hours Yea right in your dreams
4 days so far I could have gone to the shop and bought the item if I wasn't housebound
Totally unacceptable and very slow

I purchased an item on 5th December. So far no confirmation of shipping has been received so I have attempted to contact the company twice by email. No response yet. I also tried the phone number 0844 335 0346 and when I select the option to speak to a customer service agent, I am immediately cut off. Not very impressed as no idea if I will receive the item by Christmas and no means of finding out.

Sent a pair of 5 quid Diadora trainers back for a refund via post 3 weeks ago and haven't heard anything back! Tried to phone these Cowboys back but the phone line is dead, scammers!

arrived to store on time. All there as expected. helpful staff , quick and efficient during collection.

Made order for stuff advertised on their website which they didn't have, paid extra for next day delivery, arrived 4 days later. Emailled to complain as I paid extra for next day delivery and was fobbed of by their customer service department. I'll never use them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.

Allowed to amend desired changes once contacted. Good service.

They have a good range and from what I found their products were reasonably priced. No complaints.

Order due for delivery on 26/7/12 text message and e-mail to confirm, never arrived so phoned JJB on 30/7/12 was told they would check getting delivered 31/7/12. Suprise, suprise never arrived now phoned on 1/8/12 told will try to cancel but need to trace parcel and recieve it back before I can get my money back... I now have to trust HDML to find and return the parcel to JJB to get my money back!

They are as useless as their delivery partners DHNL/Yodel or whatever shite. 3 weeks I waited foe next day delivery. They failed to deliver. Emails are answered after a week.
