While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Our car with a family of 4 including 2 young children broke down and I called them to take us to our final destination as per their policy. They said they would collect us in just over 1 hour and take us. 4 hours later we were still sat there in the dark and left for that long the battery ran out on the car, stopping the hazard lights and putting our lives in danger! I had to call every hour to find out what was going on. Eventually they sent a lorry to collect us but instead of taking us to our final destination they dropped us off at a service station down the road at 2am where we had to make endless calls to try and get rescued! Eventually they sent someone else to collect us and we finally reached our destination which was only 45 minutes away at 6am! I expressed my dissatisfaction to their customer service which is non existent and basically they just said 'thanks, we acknowledge it"!
They are an utter shambles and don't have the supply chain to be able to rescue a donut out of a paper bag, never mind a car by the side of the road.
You only find out how good a service is when you need to use it. They are happy to collect your payment but when you need help they are terrible.
Even the drivers who collected us had a story or two to tell about how they like taking the money but skimp on the service.
If you want peace of mind that you will be rescued then these people are not for you.
When Jigsaw were contacted through 'Resolver' they said I had no right to escalate my claim through the FCA despite them claiming on their website they are FCA approved. They are clearly a rude and obnoxious organisation and this runs through all of the subsidiaries they operate through.
I was treated very badly and unfairly. Very bad experience with customer service manager - Luca Farolfi.
I fell ill with serious heart complications being in hospital and explained this to NCI but they behaved like sharks on my last 2 installments. They forced me to pay after one week late or they would close the insurance. You do this to someone while they are seriously ill? Closed Brothers reasured me and helped but Luca rejected their attempts to fix situation and terminated my insurance 1 month before end of contract and forced me to pay the extra month upfront to add insult to injury. He gave one week to pay while my heart is jumping everywhere - I have lots of hospital records. No review, no efforts. Just termination with cold hard response. This has caused me so much damage.
