Timely pick-up and dropoff, kind & attentive drivers, extremely helpful when calling in for assistance.

We called 3 times before they answered. Took 30 minutes to get a shuttle

Very convenient and safe parking lot. The shuttle drivers are always right there ready to help you with your bags and get you to the airport in a jiffy. I used a different lot recently and it’s clear Jiffy has it figured out better than some. I’ll only be using this company moving forward.

The shuttle driver on the morning of Nov 27th was brash and caused much delay. After parking in a designated area, he came to me yelling “are you Delta? then you can’t park here”. There were no signs indicating this. I parked elsewhere. He still came at me with the same, demanding that I follow him in the shuttle. Finally parked where he wanted me to, and after doing the same to several others, we pull up to the gate, he starts having a conversation with a lady with a clipboard regarding everything that just transpired before we finally left the lot. At least 10 minutes were wasted doing things this way. Despite a reservation, I had to park in a non designated area that he pointed me to. Rude and unreliable business.
