AND HAD NUMEROUS TEXT SAYING ITS ON IT WAY.. THEN THERE'S BEEEN A DELAY... TO TELLING ME THAT A NEW DELIVERY DATE HAS BEEN ARRANGED AT MY OWN REQUEST. ((WHICH IS BALLS))

I've been ordering from JG Supplements on and off for a good few years now for a wide range of supplements/health foods to help address my general health, mental prowess and sports performance. There are many choices available with ample information to help find the right product for you. Some products are seemingly entirely unique for a UK supplier which always draws me back to try out new things. Communication with the store has always been a strong point... as are the speedy (and cheap!) deliveries and all round solid customer service. I would (and have) recommended to many a friend.

Please do not use this company. Used to be good but now appalling. Have resigned myself to having lost my money after product no show and numerous unanswered emails. Avoid at all costs!

Shocking service. 10 days since ordering items that were supposedly sent on a two day delivery and still no sign of my goods. What's really poor is their total lack of customer care, I have emailed them via their support page, emailed them direct and tried to call (they don't publish a phone number which should have warned me..) no response, not even a "we'll get back to you". Avoid at all costs.

Upto recently would have rated 5stars but received damaged goods.Was offered a replacement,which never turned up.Now jg are ignoring my emails,always wary of that,Id say use them via amazon but not direct.

I ordered a tub of Blue Ice infused Coconut oil. When it arrived I noticed that it had a manufacture date of 09/2013 and of course we are in 2016 now and it is already the start of February at the time of writing this.

I enquired about its safety with jgsupplements customer service. I received no response so tried a few more times. Again I received no communication yet the same email gets through to me perfectly fine if I make an order and that is without fail.

I have doubts about the safety of the product I received so I will no longer be buying anything from them again period. I am in the process of deciding upon a new supplier to make a bulk purchase for the family.
