I contacted Jet after using a site which showed the best deals on cars on lease. I spoke to quite a few, then spoke to Simon. I chose Jet over the others not only because they matched the best price but because Simon was patient , not pushy and any questions I had he was more than happy to get the answers if he didn’t know them ( I asked plenty as I usually buy my cars outright & had know nothing about electric cars either)
I went ahead and placed my order and I’m currently waiting for it to be delivered next month. A big thank you to Simon who made everything pretty easy !!

Wendy kept me informed of my choices when i applied for a lease vehicle. Very quick turnaround and i am delighted with my new car.

Fantastic service and price. I couldn't find anything wrong with the whole process really easy to use. I used a comparison site to find the car at the best price and Jet came up. I contacted them and they sorted the car within minutes. By the end of the day we had a new car on order, no hastle or fuss. Dealt with Denaz, a good bloke who gave some sound advice

We needed to arrange two lease vehicles for our engineers. We had approached all the leading lease companies but kept being rejected due to our credit score. Our low credit score was due to the company ownership and directors being in Germany. Also due to inter company transactions. We have used Wendy in the past so I contacted Wendy again to see if she could help. Which she did, tremendously! There were a lot of hoops to jump through and a lot of forms to complete. Eventually Wendy secured a lease contract with Arval and our engineers got the cars they wanted within 6 weeks of the contract being agreed.

My first time leasing a car. Simon Godwin at Jet Finance was exceptionally helpful, friendly and very professional. He patiently and swiftly answered my endless questions and explained every thing very clearly. I would throughly recommend.

Ordered a lease car for my mum from them great people to work with we did have some slight communication issues at times but we got around it. The car was delayed by 1 month but luckily they managed to source another car and get it delivered on time. The car arrived unfortunately with almost empty tank of fuel and barely any charge. The car wasn’t prepared properly for delivery there was sticker residue on doors from shipping this issue wasn’t something that’s in jet vehicle finances control as dealer was responsible for delivery. However I did appreciate the £10 charging voucher. Thanks to denaz and the team.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience so far. I ordered a car that was advertised as available for delivery within 1–2 weeks. It's now been 4 weeks, with four separate delays — and still no clear timeline.

I understand that unexpected issues can arise with vehicle logistics, but what’s been most frustrating is the lack of communication. Each time I'm told someone will be in touch on the 'New Delivery Date' and no one follows up. I have to chase the team for updates, only to be told again that it's delayed — without any real explanation.

Most recently, I received an email promising an update to explain the continued delays. That was four days ago. I replied, and still haven’t had a response — let alone the promised update.

This level of service and communication is far below expectations, especially for such a significant purchase. I would appreciate a clear and honest update, along with a realistic timeframe for delivery.

Let's hope I get the car... Really considering cancelling due to this poor experience.

Their response suggests they called this morning, when in fact they have never contacted me and I have not heard from them since I called them 4 days ago… it’s bizzare what’s going on over there and for them to respond with inaccurate information.

Had a call from Wendy this morning who has kindly escalated everything for me and car now expected in the next few days. Communication has been very good since.

Me and my husband have used Jet Vehicle Finance for over a decade now and have had very good experiences and a high level of service provided. I've just gone ahead with another personal lease agreement which Denaz really helped me with. I did ask him for several different lease plan quotes also, which he was happy to provide (and quickly too). I'm keeping everything crossed that the delivery of the vehicle runs just as smoothly - though they have done in the past!

After explaining the situation on the car wanted.
Waisted my time from start to end . Delaying matters and loosing the deal which was never there in the first place. Tell you what you want to hear and reel you in.

This is my third time using Jet Vehicle Finance as I have always received an excellent service. Denaz has answered numerous questions over the last few weeks and has been extremely supportive throughout; finally confirmed by requirements and order another car.

Jet are fantastic. I went to them originally with just a top price and that I wanted fully maintained. I said I wasn't fussy on the make/model which I imagine wasn't an easy hunt as it was so vast. They came back to me with multiple options and with pictures to choose.
My car did get delayed, through no fault of Jet, through Vauxhall but I was offered a solution from Jet which they didn't have to do.

I made an enquiry regarding a vauxhall corsa. Denaz was absolutely brillant. He was so patient with me, as I was constantly emailing hum with queties. He supplied me with various quotes and specifications of the different models of the corsa.
I had also made another enquiry with a different company but I found them to be too pushy, gave me lots of options but did not find them as accommodating as Jet Finance.
If anyone is looking for a personal lease I would definitely recommend and once my lease expires I will be using again
