I really like Jet 2 -but
I really like Jet 2. Always lots of redcoats around to get you through or assist you.
I do lots of golf holidays and i guess a good customer doing hold luggage - golf bags - more leg room.
I got to tell you more of my fellow golfers are now going to easyjet from Birmingham due to cost.
For what i use it is now almost £500 to go to Spain with JET2 and that is getting a bit too much as i fly most months
Queue at Faro Airport check in
Queue at Faro Airport was slow and I had to ask to use bag drop (still had to get in a queue to do so). Faro airport passport control queue was 1.5 hrs which want in Jet2 control. Service onboard was excellent with great crew lead by Andreas.

Jet2 is an excellent, well run airline. The various teams are helpful. I appreciated being upgraded to a seat with extra legroom on a recent flight, particularly as I am quite tall. Thank you for this.
My only problem recently has been delayed departures (and I don't think it is fair to blame the company for this)

As a passenger you expect to be welcomed by friendly, smiling staff and assisted, from approaching the check-in desk until you arrive at your destination. With Jet2 you experience all this. If you had a sixth star I would award it!

I travelled on my own for the first time and was well looked after by the friendly team. Plane was clean and food was good. The only negative was that we had to sit on the plane with no air-conditioning before departing Manchester Airport but I understand this was not the fault of Jet2.

Good flight times
Good flight times, price wasn't very cheap for a flight to Spain tbh. Service was fine, on time both legs. Seats extremely uncomfortable, poorly padded.

Flight delayed
Our original flight time was move to later then we had a further delay. We queued in the air tunnel to board and had to return back to the waiting area whilst a tyre was then changed.
We finally boarded but were delayed so much that we had to incur an additional out of hours charge for our hire car.
Thank goodness they’d stayed open.
We finally arrived at our resort at 2am.

We fly with jet2 to cyprus every time we go.The staff are always very friendly helpful and polite.Nothing is ever to much trouble.We even recommended to all our friends.Booking on line is really easy right down to getting the boarding passes.
Lies
Having traveled with Jet2 many times I was disappointed when receiving email explaining why we were being delayed, as it was totally false.
The email told us it was due to air traffic control, this was a lie as we already knew the reason was down to baggage loaders putting the bags on the wrong aircraft. These things happen so why not tell the truth.

Although, due to warehouse fire that caused issues selling duty free, staff were still attentive and as friendly as ever, always outstanding
