Never again

I booked a specified table as my friend has particular health need but we arrived to find our table had been given to others.
I went to the bar to order my friend a pint whilst I tried to sort the booking issue out however I was told we don't need your help go and sit down as though I was a naughty schoolgirl!!
I told them to keep the pint and left.
I have had 3 meals here all mediocre plus they make you get up to go and queue at the bar leaving your food to go cold if you need a top up.
I will never cross the threshold again due to heir appalling behaviour
