Like everyone else noted, this is a SCAM SITE. If I had looked critically I would never have ordered. The English is not correct in the FAQ's and some of the contact information is suspect. I ordered a nintendo switch game and it said it was delivered, but of course I never received it. Paypal is opening an "inquiry," and I am trying to get UPS to show where the item was shipped. I also disputed through my credit card company, which hopefully will do some due diligence. DO.NOT.ORDER.FROM.HERE

I bought a vacuum cleaner through this company using PayPal. The tracking information said it was delivered, but when I called UPS I found out the company had delivered the item to someone else's house under another name so UPS refuse to re- deliver the item to me, I sent the company 4 emails letting them know I didn't get my vacuum cleaner and not a single response from them. UPS is telling me I can't file a claim because they delivered to the address provided by the shipper. I was so confused until I seen everyone's reviews now I know this company is a scam.

Also I use PayPal to prevent situations like this and THEY DENNED MY CLAIM.

Wish I would have searched jerseyeasy.com before I made my purchase. Complete scam. No confirmation email, luckily i took a screenshot of the order, i can’t track it on their site, customer service number is missing a digit, I attempted to contact them through the website and it said to try again later. What a joke! PayPay had it as delivered 3 days after i ordered to “the front desk”, it was coming to my house, PayPal put in the claim and i should be able to get my $ back. What a hassle! I really should have known better.

SCAM ALERT!!!
Made a $25 purchase against my better judgement. Made it for Mother in Law. No emails but PayPal notifications said it shipped. Tracking per UPS shows it was "delivered" 7 days BEFORE I even ordered it!! How does that happen? PayPal has denied the claim since there was a delivery notice. PayPal is getting scammed and too dumb to do anything about it! With as many people who have had trouble, you think PayPal would red-flag purchases from this site. Guess I should be glad it was a relatively small purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM JERSEYEASY!!

It’s a fake site. Once ordered they send a tracking number where the tracking number says delivered but some junk items would be delivered to some other address with same city. PayPal would have the address details and they just check the city and tracking number is delivered they deny the claim.
Solution: Do not order from this site. If ordered call UPS or send email to UPS to confirm the tracking numbers address and name is not matching with your address and name of the order (it takes multiple time to get the proof). Then you can submit proof to get your amount back. Make sure to take serious action and block this seller once you have proof so that he cant scam others.

I ordered 1 item from this so called company on November 29 and received a UPS tracking number. According to UPS, it was to be delivered on December 4, but when I called UPS, it was delivered to another address. Customer service representative said the package wasn't even addressed to me, although it was the tracking label given to me by this company. There was a PayPal account that processed the payment and only an email address to contact. No one has answered the emails I have sent nor did their phone number work. I am working with my bank to do a charge back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY> IT IS A SCAM!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I am trying to get my money back through PayPal now. I ordered on the 25th of November. Their site says it's processing. PayPal shows a tracking number and that it was delivered on the 26th. Clearly this is not true. I HATE SCAMS!!!!!

I make one order of 57.22 last Monday this company is fraudulent I chat with one of pay pal agent and I let them know about this situation I so glad they Refund my money . Call or chat with pay pal and let them Know about this fraudulent page 😡 .

I had same bad experience as other victims to be scammed. I haven't seen any victim actually reported to FBI or NY State Attorney General. We should stop the crime and not let to hurt more people.

This vendor (JerseyEasy) is indeed a scam. I ordered a PS4 game from them on CyberMonday (12/2/2019) due to a prompt from PriceBlink (a browser "add on") and I have received NOTHING, but I did get an Email from PayPal (on 12/7/2019) stating that the package has "been shipped", the tracking info provided by the vendor indicates that the package was "delivered" on 12/4/2019 (two days after being ordered) and that it weighed just over 20 pounds (this is for a PS4 game, no way it weighed over 12 ounces). All I can say is JerseyEasy (dinh hoang hiep) sucks and should be avoided at all costs!!!
