DO NOT buy from this website. Do not put your faith in PayPal to protect you if you do buy from them. I should have researched the website more before I made the mistake, but I seen paypal and immediately thought it was ok. This scam artist takes your money, gives paypal a bogus tracking number that says item was delivered and then your screwed at that point because paypal will refuse to refund you because it says delivered. Thank gosh my regular bank isn't so stupid and I got refunded my $50.

They should be ashamed of themselves. Gave me a false tracking number! I will look up sights before I order from them.

Fake, Scam, a Hoax. Do not order from them. You won`t get your item and UPS will show they delivered it.

I have bought a radio flyer for retail at 29.99+shipping 2.99+tax 1.97 totals $34.96 at dec 15, 2019 at 2:09 am. Did an extensive research on the site and it turns out a lot of people have now been scammed by receiving fake tracking numbers from UPS. I recently called PayPal and they said they will escalate this case and they said my refund will be guaranteed within 10 days. I guess that’s good enough. I just hope they shutdown this site and funny thing is I clicked from the people who just bought from the site and if you click the pop up customers who just bought a product recently it will redirect you from another scam site which is iCHEAP.net and the site is identical to JERSEYEASY.COM. So I hope the proper authorities can shutdown this site so nobody will fall for this scam again. Lesson learned! Call PayPal immediately if you happen to be a victim from this site before you get into the lengthy process of dispute with the seller which will never happen because the seller will never respond. Watch out everyone. Good luck!

No tracking after a week, no contact from the company...Scammers!!! Called PayPal and I really wished I just Googled this website before making a purchase. Lesson learned.

Update: PayPal refunded my money after I disputed the $45.67 charge for a mini fridge I ordered. I had to wait 10 days to give the scammers time to respond to my official dispute and when they didn’t respond the case was resolved in my favor. Jerseyeasy scam is they send PayPal a fake tracking number and then UPS shows “proof” of delivery for the item received at a different address and fake name and signed by a nonexistent person (in my case Ward). Neither UPS or PayPal want to make any effort to stop this scam company. I reported this scam to both. I learned a hard lesson.

Right now..Dec.14 im Trying to get a hold of this company..with no luck says shipped but NEVER arrived got be careful people!! Hope my credit card company can deal with this so I don't lose my money

This website is a scam!! I too fell victim to these criminals and I will Tell anyone, do not go through PayPal to try and get your money back. Go directly to your bank and file a fraud claim!! My bank handled it quickly and I got reimbursed and they are going after PayPal.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS SITE. This is a scam site. I ordered two penny board skateboards. Several days later I received a text generated by PAYPAL giving a UPS tracking number and delivery date/time. My husband was hanging lights out front during the alleged time of UPS delivery and no package came. Long story short: The jerseyeasy.com sends "a" package through UPS to an address that is not the buyer's (UPS will not give out the delivery address, but will verify it is not the buyer's address); UPS will not do anything because they say they contracted with the seller to deliver the package to the delivery address given to them, which they say they did; the buyer is out the money spent. I have put in a dispute with PAYPAL. It is really frustrating that PAYPAL continues to work with this company when there have been so many reports to them that this is a scam site. Who knows if PAYPAL will stand by their commitment to reimburse????

Only giving a star because I have to. Jerseyeasy should be shut down. I received my email saying my order was delivered to my front door, but there was no package. Called UPS, they gave me the address of where the tracking number showed to have been shipped to. PayPal denied my dispute, but I'm currently waiting on a call back from them to escalate my dispute. Because of this fake company, I'm out money and don't have the car seat for my new grandchild. I'm embarrassed to admit I didn't read the reviews until now.

I'm trying to cancel my order but I can't. Any idea how I can get a refund back?

Called Paypal after claim got denied. I called in, and after long wait i got to talk with Lucinda. She said they know about Jerseyeasy and they are no longer working with this company. I said i was going to write a review and she asked me to tell you out there call after you get denied if you get denied on dispute, they will take care of it. 1 888 221 1161 is the number I called just as for rep. Long wait but great service. 5 Stars for PayPal.

JerseyEasy website is a Total fraudulent company! Reusing tracking numbers!!! Called UPS and tracking number was for a completely different name, address and company! So glad I used Paypal. Just filed my fraud resolution and they are taking all from there. I’m so glad I’ve used PayPal for 17 years as they do take care of its customers. Next, I’m taking the time to report this site to econsumer.gov

Yes, it’s a scam! If you find this out before they “ship” the item, call Pay Pal immediately! It’s a horribly long hold time but they will “dispute” the charge with this so called seller and if the seller doesn’t respond, “Pay Pal will refund the charge.” It’s a pain, but the more times it’s reported, supposedly it’s putting negative marks on the seller’s Pay Pal account and Pay Pal will supposedly drop their account when they get enough complaints. Kind of a ridiculous way for Pay Pal to approach it if you ask me, but that’s what they said..in the mean time, more people will be ripped off :(.

Add me to the list of people scammed. I cant believe I fell for this. Opened a case with PayPal which is still pending. UPS tracking number was provided which was shipped to my city but not my name or address. When I asked where it was shipped, UPS said for security reasons they couldn't tell me where it was shipped but they could confirm that it was not shipped to my name or address. PayPal asked me for proof and I told then same thing. I still am in shock I fell for this kind of scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

I got scammed as well. I ordered a xbox one controller 12/03/19. Never recieved it. So, I was researching and came across these reviews and found out that I have been scammed. I am in contact with PayPal, but it's nothing just giving me a headache. I did dispute the charge with my bank. At least I will get my money back though them.

PayPal is aware of this company. I was scammed as well.
This company finds a UPS tracking # that is associated with your area (not sure how) and that is the tracking info they send you.
For privacy reasons, UPS will not give you the address of where it was "supposedly" delivered.
They did however give me the phone number associated with that shipment. In my case it was Carhardt, not JerseyEasy.
If you call PayPal, escalate your claim, and speak with an agent, they will call UPS to verify it was shipped to the wrong address & provide a refund.

Here is their reply:

In the same boat as everyone else! Complete scam!! Cannot get a hold of anyone to talk to and the site will not let you send a message. I'm out $35. So sad! Looks like they making lots of money off people and their hard working money!

This site is a scam i wish i would have read the other reviews first i ordered a big wheel for my grandson and two days after i ordered it it says it was delivered don’t ever buy from this site
