THEY SCAM AND LIE TO PEOPLE
My recent vehicle acquisition was severely compromised by your dealership's operational shortcomings. The vehicle delivery lacked any staff guidance or the promised comprehensive walk-through. Furthermore, critical inspection access, specifically to the trunk, was denied prior to purchase finalization. Concerns also extend to the vehicle's aged tires and the inadequate environment provided for financial transactions. This overall experience indicates a profound disregard for customer service and safety standards. Many LAWS were broken, and I do plan to pursue. :) JE
