jeans were made a little on the small side and refund process not fantastic
The jeans were on the small side with little elastane, but they looked ok and arrived fairly quickly. However, having to pay for your own returns is a bit tight and better companies sort that for you. I would have tried to exchange for a different type, but they only exchange for the same. On top of that when they processed my refund they didn't include the original p&p which by law they have to. They have since refunded it to me, but I suspect this wasnt an error and that they hoped i wouldn't query it.
