I bought my pan for camping and have to say it was great at what I cooked from bacon and sausage to stir-fry and steak. Cleaned very easily to a must if camping. I would highly recommend. Great quality product

Best pan ever!
I bought the forever pan and love it. It cooks vegetables and meat beautifully, with minimal fat and just wipes clean so easily.

Love my Jean patrique everything pan though sometimes wish had bought the larger size.Heat is spread evenly and it cooks everything from steaks to wet dishes beautifully.After use it cleans up like new

Not totally happy
Having bought several items I have decided not to buy anything else. Don’t use the whatever pan at all now as either steaks are burned or tough. The sandwich knife is too big for spreading. The 3 frying pans are ok but no better than other makes.

Had a problem with a knife from a set…
Had a problem with a knife from a set of 5..on reporting it the customer service team were really amazing..sorted the problem out immediately and sorted out a replacement..I havnt received it yet as the item is out of stock till September..I’m hopfull that it will be sorted out for me when the item is in stock again..can only rate the company ten out of ten so far as they couldn’t do enough to help me..

Stained Knives
Unfortunately although the active ordering and receiving went well one of my knives has already started staining. I only work with every day foods and wash and put away every time but the small knife having been soaked in boiing hot soapy water is not removing it. I though they would never stain so disappointed in the quality. I'm saddened I had to complain because I like to be a positve person and love giving positive feedback but unable to do that on this occasion. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to feedback. These are an excellent set of knives
These are an excellent set of knives. Very sharp andeasy to use. Only down side is that I dropped on of the knives on the tiled kitchen floor and the blade snapped in half.
