First class customer service, replaced my defective Whatever pan without fuss. Replacement received in just over 24 hours !! Excellent service will use this company again. My original review, though complimentary was incorrectly tagged as 1 star - this was an error/mistake.

As a restaurant owner and chef I really appreciate the effort Jean Patrique company puts on development and promotion of their products. Thank you for making life in the kitchen easier.

I was given the Chopaholic Oriental 3 Piece Chef's Knife set for Christmas. Despite normal domestic kitchen use the blades of 2 of the knives are showing signs of rust.

Update: After contact from Customer Services at Jean Patrique I was very happy to receive a replacement set of knives within a few days. Although I'm still concerned by the fact that the original knives showed signs of rust on the blades in such a short time.

Can't think of anything bad to say about Jean Patrique. Amazing products, great prices and the customer service is awesome (many other big companies could learn a thing or two).

Ordered a Whatever pan twice (the first order apparently got lost?) in mid December as a Christmas present and have received nothing. Rang today to be told, it should arrive by 21st January. I don’t think so! Have requested a refund.

I bought the Chopaholic Oriental 3 Piece Chef's Knife Set.
The quality is second to none. I love the large blades. It makes is safer to use. One piece of metal means these knives will last for years. I gave them as a gift to a young chef who will be using them daily for the next 10-15 years at least. He was so happy.

I’ve bought two Whatever pans and have been delighted with mine… one pan that does the whole job.. a miracle! Hoping my daughter feels the same about hers.
Jean Patrique’s description of the pan and how it works etc was spot on. Their care at contacting me after I’d written a review was surprising as I’ve never had a comment back from a supplier. That in itself gives you confidence in a company knowing your reviews are read and the content digested.

Best steak knives I’ve ever had
Bought these knives as previously bought cheaper ones these are as sharp as advertised and cut through my steaks with ease Even the tomahawk steak.

On the strength of having bought a set of stainless steel pans (suitable for all hobs) a few years ago I bought the Stonetastic Granite set of 3 non stick frying pans. I needed new pans because I had bought a new cooker with an induction hob and my old frying pans were incompatible. These Granite pans are fantastic for cooking and are easy clean. Definitely recommend.

Bought the original forever pan. So impressed I bought the bigger one. When it arrived the lid had shattered to such an extent that I thought diamond smugglers had intercepted my pan. Emailed JP and received the replacement within a day or so. Great customer service and great product. Just need a non crenelated base version to be offered for dishes where lots of stirring is required

Ive just ordered my 2nd whatever pan as the first one lasted just less than one year
I love the pan I really do its an amazing piece of kitchenware I so hope it lasts longer

What is the warranty on the non stick surface?
The website says it has a 25 year warranty

Ordered the toastie in Black and received in Silver ugh. How many others has this happened to?
As I live in a village that would mean a 10 mile round trip to send back !!

Received my order but one of the items had been damaged in transit. I contacted customer service and they replaced the item within a few days. Very happy with the quality and can’t wait to use my new knife set. Thank you

Constantly bombarded with advertisements through my door and emails even though I did not subscribe to them, even phoned up to say I did not want emails or post trying to sell me things and am still receiving them!

Very pleased with the toastier, it’s replacing the previous one I purchased from Jean Patrique, which unfortunately the rivets dropped off from the handle and was no longer safe to use.

Ordered 5 items on the 2nd of August 2021.
3 Saucepans of different sizes, a set of 3 frying pans and a set of knifes.

The frying pan set arrived in good time and were inside an amazon box.

Since then, no communication regarding when the remainder of the items would dispatch and no reply to emails of live chat messages.

Called their customer services today and was told one of the saucepans was OOS until the 4th September and they couldn't advise when the remainder of the order was going to dispatch. They also advised that the frying pan set was also yet to dispatch despite these already having been delivered.

It felt like the customer service agent worked for a 3rd party agency and not Jean Patrique. Horrendous communication throughout and still no idea when I'll receive my order. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Do not shop with this company.

***UPDATE***

Finally got a reply on the 10th August at 6pm advising that the goods would be dispatched that day and would be delivered within 24-48 hours. Still no dispatch confirmation on these items which at the latest should arrive today.
