I have tried to return items on line but go through process and at the end it’s saying you can’t return these items, I have only just bought them so I know I can
So done a email 2 times now and still no reply
Thank you for replying JD Sports but I have tried that lots of times through calling and being on the phone for over an hour at a time or more and also have emailed about this matter many times and get automated reply and nothing follows so it’s not for the want of trying
I will just have to go to a store to return which is inconvenient for me many thanks

I would not give JD Sports time of day ever again. They have refused a refund for two items that I have never received, they say that the goods have been delivered when in fact they have not. The items cost £75.00 and have not been delivered although JD Sport say they have. How would they know, I ordered 5 items, 3 arrived 2 did not arrive. There was no invoice in my parcel but that does not seem to matter. I will never shop with them again. As a pensioner on pension credits I cannot afford to loose money. JD Sport you disgust me two orders with items missing, you need to investigate your pickers and packers, I do not tell lies and have never broke to law in my 77 yrs of life, you have made it seem like I am a dishonest person. I am certainly not. Is this how JD Sport increase their profits????
When I submitted my last review JD Sport asked me to send them an email explains my review, I was unable to acces the email address given so I was unable to do so but I think my review explains everything.

UPDATE: Jacket finally arrived – but clearly not in new condition. After all the problems getting my order dispatched and the complete lack of customer service, my jacket has finally arrived.
Unfortunately, the problems haven’t ended there.
I paid £76 for this jacket, expecting to receive a brand-new item from JD Sports. Instead, it arrived in a plain grey, cheap-looking outer bag, with no interior sealed packaging/bag around the jacket as I have received with previous JD Sports orders.
The jacket also strongly smells of women’s perfume. On top of that, there is frayed stitching at the bottom of the jacket next to the zip.
Taken together, the packaging, the strong perfume smell and the damaged/frayed stitching make the jacket look and smell like a previously worn/returned item, rather than a brand-new jacket that I have paid full price for.
I absolutely understand that items can sometimes be returned, but if an item is being sold as new, that is exactly what I expect to receive when paying £76.
The most frustrating part is trying to get this resolved. After my previous experience, I already know what will probably happen — JD Sports will respond to this review asking me to email them.
I have already done that.
I followed their instructions, provided all the information they requested and explained the problem in detail. I was then sent another generic response asking for information I had already provided and directing me to their FAQ and tracking page. It got me absolutely nowhere.
So please don’t mistake a response to this review asking me to contact customer services for actually providing customer service. I’ve tried contacting you. Multiple times.
At this point, my experience with JD Sports has been:
* Order placed and then complete silence.
* No useful updates or communication.
* Order not dispatched despite the estimated delivery date.
* Multiple attempts to contact customer services.
* Emails ignored.
* Long telephone waiting times with no additional information.
* Generic responses that simply send me around in circles.
* And finally, a £76 jacket arriving in a plain grey bag with no interior sealed packaging, smelling strongly of perfume and with frayed stitching, making it appear to be a previously worn or returned item.
This is not the standard I expect when paying £76 for an item advertised as new.
Potential customers should be aware of my experience before ordering. The biggest issue isn’t just the condition of the jacket — it’s that when something goes wrong, actually getting someone to take responsibility and resolve it appears to be incredibly difficult.
JD Sports, I don’t need another generic response telling me to contact you. I’ve already tried. I need someone to actually deal with the problem.
