Refund
I had to return a pair of trainers too big for me and I’m waiting for my refund. I received the email confirming they received the item and I should receive the refund in 3-5 days and I did not receive anything. I’m disappointed.

Picked up my online click and collect…
Picked up my online click and collect to find a red stain under arm pit of t shirt. Returned to store to exchange but told garment had to be sent off for analysis to determine valid return. Direct replacement available in store but was not allowed to exchange. Items were for holiday so had to purchase t shirt again. 6 days later still no refund or any contact regarding return.

Click and collect delivery this is the second order in a row were there has been issues! First time my order went to the wrong store then sold out so I never received my item
This time the order was late for collecting no communication from the store I had to phone twice with 40 min wait time to speak to some one about my order puts me off
