Bad customer service, would not give a replacement for manufacturer defect
Ordered both rear and front number plate, the rear plate was clearly visually incorrect and not straight at all. Refused a replacement even-though it says on website that all manufacturing defects are covered by 30 day free replacement, was told that it is within a tolerance but nowhere does it state any tolerances are acceptable and the plate looks really bad with any error, the front is perfect, only the rear. Now being ignored on emails despite giving all the information required. Bad customer service, would not recommend if there is any defect with your order you will be ignored and refused any help despite the policies they have listed on their website. Been ignored since the 8th July now and order was placed on the 30th June.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the rear number plate and feel that the communication you received did not resolve your concerns.
After reviewing the photographs and measurements provided, the difference across the plate appeared to be approximately 3mm from one side to the other. Once the natural movement and corresponding shift on the opposite side are considered, this represents an actual alignment variation of approximately 1.5–2mm. Following our inspection, this was considered to be within the reasonable manufacturing tolerance for this type of product and was not identified as a manufacturing defect requiring replacement under our 30-day guarantee.
We appreciate that even a small variation may be more noticeable to some customers, particularly when compared directly with another plate. However, our decision was based on the measurements and information supplied rather than dismissing your concerns.
We are also sorry that you feel your emails have been ignored. This is not the level of communication we aim to provide, and we apologise for any delay in responding. We remain happy to review the matter and discuss a reasonable resolution with you directly.
