Counterfeit product
These tweezers are not like the ones in the photos, or like the ones I have ordered previously. The metal is the wrong finish, the lobes at the back of the tweezers are the wrong shape, and the tips do not meet. I'm extremely disappointed.

Exorbitant shipping, LOW quality!
I do professional baking and needed scoops. I bought 5 for $77, PLUS $16 SHIPPING!! They arrived 8 days later, and they were GOOD HOUSEKEEPING brand. I hardly find that a commercial brand. You can buy Mainstay at Walmart for $7 which is identical in quality. Go buy 11 from Walmart for $77 and use them until they fall apart. And save yourself the frustration!! I'M OUT $30 BECAUSE JB PRINCE CARRIES INFERIOR QUALITY PRODUCTS AND TRIES TO PASS THEM OFF AS 'COMMERCIAL QUALITY'. What a joke. ZERO STARS!

However, we did take a look into your order and review claims to ensure customer service assisted you adequately and properly. It appears you ordered 5 scoops in multiple sizes and colors on December 7th 2025, and received a full refund of $77 for said items on January 22nd 2026. Your scoops are labeled on the website, in their description online and on there packaging as Hamilton Beach Co "commercial items" clearly and not good housekeeping items. We do not switch or "Pass" off any items or advertise any differently then there manufacture labels them. Thank You.
