I was recommended to use JB Mortgages and I must say they were brilliant throughout. Sam made the process feel very pleasant throughout the whole transaction from start to finish.

We were kept up to date from start to finish and every time we needed to query something, unsure, etc. Sam would be on call to run us through things. Overall a very smooth transaction and we had the mortgage offer through swiftly.

Even with the pandemic ongoing all credits are due to Sam with getting us a mortgage we are happy with. I will definitely be using him and his services again in the future.

JB Mortgages was a recommended service by a friend who spoke so highly of it that I could not look any further. I was glad to make this choice. I met James a year ago in a one-to-one meeting where he layout in very simple and clear terms my financial possibilities, but our collaboration materialized a lot later when I found my long-sought-after home and he made it possible for me to purchase it. The paperwork was quick, and James organised all the ‘hassle’ I feared in a blink of an eye. I felt like this process was done with the click of a mouse and a few text messages.

James is patient and very helpful. He helped us get our mortgage for the house of our dreams despite my bad credit report. This included missed mortgage payments from a while back and a missed utility. After some hard work he managed to get a mortgage with a mainstream bank which all other brokers told us was next to impossible. James always explained everything in detail and was all in all very helpful. I would 100% recommend James. He offers a great service at a very reasonable price.

When the first house fell through because of COVID he very quickly helped me find another mortgage provider when I found a new house despite the stresses of the pandemic. We started the process at the beginning of the lockdown earlier in the year and even though they had changed their working practices, they were really on the ball, it felt like any problems were resolved immediately and we didn’t have to go chasing them at every turn. I would highly recommend.
