Poor Customer Support – Ignored Valid Replacement Request

I’m very disappointed with the way my recent support request was handled by Jazwares.

I contacted customer service regarding a damaged Roblox code that came with a toy I purchased (I provided the invoice from Amazon, photos, and all requested details). I wasn’t asking for a refund — only for a replacement code, since the original became unreadable during normal use.

Despite this, the support team refused to help, stating that the purchase was outside their 30-day “replacement window” and referring me to their Returns & Exchanges policy. This response feels inappropriate, as I was not requesting a return or refund, but assistance with a defective/damaged code included in the product.

I made every effort to provide all necessary documentation, yet received no real support or alternative solution. For a global brand, I expected a more customer-oriented approach, especially in a case involving a faulty product component.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly reduced my trust in Jazwares’ customer service.

I hope the company reconsiders how it handles similar cases in the future.

I bought the Darth Vader costum and I…

I bought the Darth Vader costum and I have to say that this was a very bad decision. I orderd XL which is my size but if I want to use this custom, I must add minimum 100 lbs. to match it. The design byself is o.k., but the quality is very very low (everything is made out of the cheapest available material) and for this, the price is much much too high (under the line 1,299 USD). Maybe the half would be in an acceptable range.
So, unfortunately I am disappointed and I have to recommend NOT to buy this product.

Excellent support!

I had a fantastic experience with Jazwares! I purchased an Avrilla doll from another website (Ubuy), and it was missing the virtual code. Jazwares went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue.
I needed to provide proof of purchase and send photos of the packaging, but after that, they acted incredibly quickly and professionally. They provided the missing virtual code, and my child is now thrilled!
I highly recommend Jazwares to everyone. Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly care about their customers. Thank you, Jazwares, for your excellent support!

I recently bought a stranger things…

I recently bought a stranger things slime figure. For one the figure wasn't in the slime and you had to take it out of a plastic bag secondly the slime did not fill the container. i was expecting a full or at least 3 quarters full but instead it was below half. And last the slime wasn't well preserved and had been dried up. also it wasn't stretchy or goopy like normal slime should be. It was £6.99 and was a waste of my money.

Responsive customer service

I accidentally ordered the wrong squishmallow, but contacted customer service and they fixed it before shipping. I received the correct items in a well-packed box, no issues. I would order from them again.

Code claims to have been redeemed.

I got the royale high castle toy set. The code says it's already been redeemed. I waited on the shipping and now I have to wait again for them to reply to my help ticket.

The set doesn't clip together correctly, it's very difficult to put together. Requires LOTS of elbow grease. The dolls clothes make their articulation irrelevant. Putting the stickers on was fun, the dolls are cute, and the set is very big which is cool I guess. Would be a lot cooler if I got a proper code.

Update: They have been responding to my emails like snails. It's been 3 days of waiting for the code that I was promised. My initial email had enough proof and evidence for them to just GIVE ME MY CODE. Nope! I get to wait another day while they "review" my info again. They ask for one more photo of evidence so I get to wait another day. Coming on 4 days. Getting very sick and tired of this bull.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A WHOLE LOT OF CRAP

We bought a toy of theirs from argos and like we got a problem the code scratched off the paper for a royale high toy and it rubbed right off the code is gone and when we tried messaging customer service NO RESPONSE FOR 25 HOURS AND IT WAS LIKE 3 PM FOR THEM

Problems solved

Have place 9 orders in total now over the last 6 months and had no problems until the last delivery 4 days ago....However....I emailed customer service and they responded the next day explaining they would sort my issues out without any fuss at all. Then within 4 days all my issues were resolved. You can't get any fairer than that. I would say the customer service was great as they consistently kept me updated.

Horrendous Customer Service

I purchased an item and the next day, literally next day, they put it on sale for 25% off. So I tried to cancel and reorder. Zero response from customer service. Oh they finally did respond to me, today, the end of the sale. To basically tell me to get bent since the sale was over. Absolutely horrendous customer service I will never order from their website again.

Jazwares is a scammer site

I ordered a squishmallow bed for my cats that i needed to download a separate app in order to be able to "track my package." But when I attempted to "track my package", the app told me it had been delivered three days ago, only the package never actually arrived. I have contacted customer service in four different ways. From responding to the email that sent me a receipt, to scouring the website for means to contact jazwares. No one has responded. I am pretty sure I got scammed.

Don't order anything from jazwares, ever. Just use Amazon for reliable deliveries and so that you can at least know which delivery service to contact if there is a mix up of some kind with your package.

Spent over 500 dollars on 2 orders from…

Spent over 500 dollars on 2 orders from the U.S. to the UK and they messed up my orders! Both of them!

Squishmallows missing from 2 bundles I bought and special editions missing too!

I have emailed them, messaged and asked for help a few days ago and they didn't reply. When the second parcel arrived yesterday, there were 3 items missing and this totally put me off to buy with them again! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

I want the dolls I bought! How can you guys trade and pack things without double checking first!?

To take the money from my account they were pretty quick, but to reply and help with the issues that they caused? Forget about it...

I DO NOT WISH FOR REFUNDS AND DO NOT WISH VOUCHERS.

I WANT WHAT I BOUGHT AND WHAT YOU GLEEFULLY TOOK THE MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR!!!

Update: They have contacted me after I complained in all the channels that I could find and sent me replacements.

The packaging for the replacements was better taken care off than my actual orders also, the squishmallows came in an appropriate sized box, not squished and packed with care.

They sent me what was missing and sent me 2 freebies.

I can't say I'm totally happy because the quality of 1 of the squishmallows that were missing from the bundle is horrible. The sewing job on the plushie is sloppy and it looks a bit wonky since it was sewn at the wrong places, but I'm satisfied with the resolution given and to be honest, I don't feel like contacting them again since the process was quite long (just to get their attention to begin with).

I would say, be aware of this company. Even tho they helped me after I bugged them in more than 3 different channels, 1 of the items that I paid for still came in damaged and I would rather have had my 2 orders right on the first time around.

I would buy again but in much smaller amounts.

Stunning Darth Vader costume

I ordered the new Darth Vader costume from Jazwares and it arrived in the UK from the USA in just six days. In perfect condition when it arrived so I haven't had to deal with customer services, so I can't speak about that. The costume itself is fantastic and I think great value for money. Well presented and very well thought out. For the price I doubt you could ask for more in terms of quality. It's a little tricky to put on without help but I managed on my own without swearing or anything. Putting it on my mannequin was a breeze. It's quite a thrill to at long last have a good quality Darth Vader in the corner of my living room without spending 3k upwards. It even comes with Duracel batteries for the lights in the chest plate and belt boxes. All you have to do it buy some boots.
Very happy I bought it and very happy with my first Jazwares experience. Very good job indeed!

Customer service doesn't actually read your message before responding

I have purchased from Jazwares many times in the past few years. Recently, I purchased a few Royale High dolls separately. On one of them, the toy code was completely missing. It has been almost a week since I started correspondence with their customer service via email. They have yet to solve the issue, and requested information that I already sent them multiple times. Including images of the toy, box, toy code on the box, purchase receipt, roblox username, date of purchase, and other information. I am disappointed that it is taking so long, and in their responses it sounds as if they didn't actually read my message. They say things such as, "We are looking into it." What could they be looking into? I told them that the digital toy code is not there, it is really quite simple. I don't know how long it could possibly take to check that my account in fact did not redeem a toy code, and that the pictures clearly show the defect. It is a frustrating situation due to the simplicity of the fix, and the lack of care put into the responses I receive from their email.

Jazwares, an Amazing Company

I visited their booth at Fan Expo 2024. My kids are Squishmallow collectors.
Hats-off to Jazwares for giving ultimate entertainment to their fans. All their team members were very helpful in guiding people and handing toys. They were just keeping the atmosphere all positive. Specially, much thanks to Justin for going extra miles in giving favour.
