Products break by bad design

I had two up24 - both broke in less than a year. They wouldn't replace the second one as the total time for both was over one year since purchase. With care something like that should last 5 to 10 years. Pathetic.

Rubbish support deserves zero stars

My replacement jawbone 2 strap so I wrote to uk support team I had previously. After no response rang the number and received a message that there was no longer any Uk or Ireland support. I then via the website sent a message. I got a pop up box saying message received but no proof via email.

After several week have heard nothing so I rang the number on the website which does not exist. I had the Head Office number from previous emails and rang that. Was told to press 1 and then 2 for help and it gave out a number which also does not exist. Pressing the numbers as requested just put me in a loop saying the same thing, press 1 for support, 2 to be transferred.

Very unhappy

No customer service

My relatively new Up2 band snapped and I tried to call the phone number on the website- says it's disconnected. Submitted an online service request form and received an immediate auto response 2 weeks ago, but nothing since. I am not expecting anything at this point, based on comments from other users. What a shame, as I liked the product.

Nonexistent customer service

My band snapped in half, so I need a replacement (it's still well within its warranty). I've sent numerous emails and attempted to contact customer service, which doesn't seem to exist. We just bought trackers for our family members through Amazon, but will be returning them ASAP. Jawbone is a crooked company.

JAWBONE SUCKS!

Had a Jawbone UP3 for 8 months and worked well until one day the band just snapped. Was on my wrist without doing any activity at the time. I've sent Jawbone 10 EMAILS and the only response is that they will respond to me. Tried calling countless times and the line was busy. Found another phone number online, possibly for corporate use but was impossible to reach a living human being. DO NOT BUY JAWBONE. I wouldn't touch any product from them with a ten foot pole. Unreliable for 1 product means unreliable period. Too bad the government doesn't do something about companies like this that take advantage of consumers knowingly. Live and Learn!

Zero Customer Service

I was a loyal customer for years. I told people how I liked the products, the service and so on. Now I'm 5 months into waiting for a replacement promised after my bands broke many times, and customer service doesn't even respond to phone calls, emails, social media messages or BBB complaints. Whether this company is literally bankrupt or just morally bankrupt, I'm not sure, but do NOT deal with them. I couldn't be more disappointed in a company I once quite liked.

Horrible and non existing support or warranty process - ** STAY AWAY**

Jawbone is gone. Since the end of 2016 the support is gone, warranties are not honoured any more, so, just forget and stay away from them. The damage they did to themselves is beyond fixing.

Move into FitBit and any other reputable products. This ship has sailed....

It is disgusting to be treated like this after thousands of dollars invested in their products over more then 6 years.

I hope and wish they close down for good...that will spare this planet of them and dishonest behaviour....

Shame on Jawbone

My UP 2 strap has broken after 6 months light use. Have been trying for 4 weeks for a response without success. Shame as my previous UP24 had technical issues and Jawbone was excellent with support help..
Guess its a case of we got the money, and products showing as having major design flaws, so it's time to close the curtains and not answer the door bell..

Bad Product / Horrible Service

I bought an up3 from a seller on Amazon. It broke within a month (won't charge). I've contacted them 3 times on email since November. Their first response was a form letter in the email asking me to reset the device. Obviously, you can't reset something when it won't turn on (so they never read my email to see what the actual problem was). I emailed them 2 more times with no response. I've tried to call them 3 times and the phone number doesn't work. Are you serious?? What a crap company.

Have had a problem with all my Jawbones!!

My Up2 stopped keeping its charge and then the strap broke, I have emailed Jawbone twice, completed an online contact form tree times and even tweeted them with no response. Just tried to call them and their London based number is no longer in service.

4 UP3 replacements, no customer service, shocking!

Had 4 UP3s since Jan 16. 1st fell off and they sent a clasp to hold the strap in place. Next 3 all split on the rubber under the strap. (check your own bands as they just eventually snap underneath and drop off). Like everyone else now, since Jawbone have decided to pull customer service from the whole of Europe, I have received no contact, so am stuck with a piece of rubber that cost well over £100.

Cannot believe their products are still available. Cannot stress enough, do not buy this product. You will probably regret it and it will probably cost you in the long run. Avoid at all costs!!!

So from what I'm reading Jawbone has gone out of business. I purchased my Up2 band and it stopped counting my sleep and steps. I contacted customer service 2 weeks ago and still no response. I just searched and called their customer service number which is not even in service. This really sucks because my band is only 4 months old and its still covered by warranty. Why is their website still up and they continue to sell faulty products if they won't take care of their customers? Never again...I will just spend the extra money and buy a fitbit with additional warranty. Its a shame because I really liked their app.
