Great service. I just uploaded pictures and they sent me the most welcome news that I didn’t have Japanese Knotweed. Also suggested what it actually is and all completely free.

After a series of unanswered emails I resorted to leaving a 2* review for JKL. They have since called to admit where they fell down and to apologise for what happened. Very grateful to be able to rely on the firm for a second opinion on suspected knotweed. Fast and effective response.

I rang the company today to see when the representative was going to arrive. (he was 20 minutes late). The lady was a little bit offhand and unhelpful so I told her that. She replied "don't shout at me" but I wasn't shouting. She then put the phone down leaving me talking to no one. I was really surprised. I tried to call back but got an answer phone twice. The representative has still not arrived.
