I have bought several items through Janilink and I am very, very pleased with the quality and their knowledge. I bought a floor machine which cleans my tiles and grout thoroughly without too much effort on my part. Then, I bought their grout cleaner, EZ Grout, definitely a must have!

I had doubts about the floor waxing tool but it is the greatest tool that I have ever used. I work in an elementary school where we strip and wax the floors every summer and we have always done it the old fashioned way. This tool cut the waxing time down a lot and it did a great job. We used less wax as it covers very well and leaves a nice finish. I would recommend this tool to every one. It saved us a tremendous amount of time on floor finishing this last summer.

Not very good with talkingon the phone to you--they push you off on hold and no one picks up. If you go thru the web site and know what you want with no questions--this is the way to go. I received my order in a decent time and I'm satisfied with the product.
