Efficient support service

J'utilise jamendo depuis une dizaine d'année. sans uncun probleme. Je gére 3 formations musicales avec le même compte.
Ce mois-ci, un probleme est survenu, m'empechant de me connecter? l'équipe du support m'a dépanné en 2 jours et réactivé mon compte tout en vérifiant mon identité de manière trés sécurisé et proféssionnelle.
Merci Jamendo pour le service rendu à la musique libre !
I use jamendo for about ten years. without any problem. I manage 3 musical formations with the same account.
This month, a problem occurred, preventing me from logging in? the support team helped me out in 2 days and reactivated my account while verifying my identity in a very secure and professional manner.

I needed ISRC changes for my songs that…

I needed ISRC changes for my songs that were previously unreleased outside of Jamendo. When I joined Distrokid I got my own ISRC and Jamendo made the conversion completely painless. I just send the email with the updated codes and they had is resolved in a few days.

Horrible Company that Never Got Back to Me About Licensing Issues

I signed up for Jamendo in February 2021 to use music on my Youtube channel. I had licensing issues with several of the songs I used from Jamendo once I uploaded them to my channel even after adding the licensing information. I contacted Jamendo support and no one ever got back to me to help with any type of situation. I had to stop using the music even though I paid to use it in my Youtube channel. What a total waste of $300. I'd give them a minus one if I could and a thumbs down.

My best store!

This is my seventh year of collaboration with Jamendo as a composer. From the very beginning it was intuitively simple and easy. No hidden conditions or pitfalls. Transparent statistics of plays, downloads and licenses for my music. The rules of the company provide conditions for the growth of authors' income. The support service is always in touch and will help to solve the questions that have arisen. The company is developing and offering new opportunities for community members. Definitely Jamendo is the best store for me!

Can be paid for some musical projects with LICENSING.

Little by little, tour songs can be listened all over the world (and use for some project/ radios...stream..)

It use the Creative Commons, be sure what it means in your country
