Restaurant Staff need to learn customer service skills

Great for shopping, the food is good. But the Staff in the restaurant need educating in customer service. We asked for a second coffee and cake following our breakfast and were told it was too busy there would be a long wait and they had run out of cake, in fact a second memebr of staff came to repeat what the first one had said and proceeded to clean out table urging us to move. Sorry to say I will not be taking my friends there again.
