Ditto on the extremely annoying and frequent commercials. Every time I hear "Christina's" irritating voice I turn the channel.

Hate commercial. They showed 5 in less than 1 hour the other day. So far today, 3 in less than 10 minutes. Don't shove it down our throat.Now I would never buy one from them. If there is another one in 7 minutes, this channel is done. So sickening and pitiful. Must be hard up for work. It's going to make 10 in an hour. Come on. Take it off the TV. One an hour is plenty. It is annoying. OK. Two commercials in 6 minutes. Are you trying to drive people crazy? Your commercial and the commercial for the stinky private areas are shown constantly over and over again. Please stop advertising every 2 minutes your dang shower.

Terrible Customer Service
I have attempted to get a service/repair on a Jacuzzi shower head assembly for 2 months. I get nothing but promises of callbacks, delayed parts ordered, and rude sales techs. Waiting 3-4 weeks for a part to come in is ridiculous. I explained four times to four different people that I need a replacement for a diverter button on the main shower assembly, and do not need the diverter button on the handheld shower attachment. Yet they keep telling me that a new handheld shower head has been ordered. This is the 4th problem that I have encountered since the install 3 years ago, and I get the same run around every time. Jacuzzi is NOT reliable.

Sophia (Jacuzzi) called me and set up an appointment for next week. She said the parts came in early.

Lyle (w/Jacuzzi) showed up today and replaced the shower spa assembly in our shower. He was early for his appointment (good) and was done in a very short time. This is my first positive review of Jacuzzi and it feels good. Thank you.

They bombard you with unwanted spam emails using a different email address every time. This means that you cannot block them. I have unsubscribed but get a message saying you have to contact them directly to stop the unsolicited emails. So I emailed them to ask them to stop the deluge but got zero response. I still get endless daily spam emails and don’t know how to get it to stop.

I find it rather funny that they show a beautiful bathroom on their commercial with very expensive fixtures and sinks and vanities in the entire bathroom except for the cheap ugly disgusting plastic showers stuck in the middle of it all why would people want to put plastic crap in their beautiful bathroom with nice plywood shelves beautiful floors beautiful vanities and then put that eye sore in the middle of it all

installers were nice but the cost is high for the work for a job like this. they charge for labor as per the workers.

What a joke supposedly you won't break the bank lmao?! Clowns should stay in circuses instead of tricking people with lies about prices

I would love to do this, but Christina is so irritating the way she talks! Her inflection is horrible! Everything is a question. Drives me nuts! That's one weird girl.

We received 18 estimates on a bath remodel and were surprised at how many companies advertise bath remodel, but they just want to sell you a new shower. Jacuzzi was the worst of the lot with the highest estimate that had to include at least a 500% profit margin. What a rip off, but then they do have their MASSIVE marketing campaign compared to everyone else. So, the consumer is paying for the brand name and massive marketing campaign, but NOT for quantity or quality or service--when we compared them to everyone else. Every other commercial on TV is for Jacuzzi, and "buyer beware!"

The install did not go as planned. The installer didn't cut the panels straight resulting in sloppy caulking lines to hide installers cuts. The installer cut the frame for the shower doors and then after drilling and mounting them, he realized he made a mistake. He didn't need to cut at all. He had used ones in his truck that he put in place of the short ones he cut, but left the holes in the panels and installed used side pieces of the frame. The doors were the wrong doors. They were set up for a door handle on each door, but no door handles included. The towel bar holes were not there either, and towel bar was missing. Spoke with Aimee Morrison on 12/6/24 and was told the proper door was ordered with the parts. Ms Morrison said about 2 weeks, which would make 12/20/24 but I haven't heard anything as of the writting of this today. I was also told that the payments would not start for 30 days after completion, but I guess I was lied to about that as well. I just found out today the project was funded on 12/19/2024 after letting the company know it was not complete. I explained the issues with the unit as well and have followed up with pictures. There is caulking slopped on the top and bottom of one of the shelves.
AS FAR AS THE RATING ABOVE, IF I COULD GIVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING, IT WOULD BE AT LEAST MINUS 25
I am very unhappy with Jacuzzi/Bath Experts as of this date, 12/28/2024, and no I would not recommend them to anyone.
I am a senior citizen as well as a 100% Disabled Vet and feel like I have been taken advantage of.......
Updated: 1/6/2025 Suppose to be a one day install, it's been over a month now so it is NOT AS ADVERTISED due to whatever EXCUSE Bath Experts/Jacuzzi wants to say. Bottom line, it is not done as agreed and advertised..

They wanted 25,000 just to go from shower to shower. Thats crazy and thats with free install? rgen he said they can remove the seat and brought it down to 10,000. I consider it a big rip-off

Ordered a tub removal/shower install with a floating vinyl floor for my master bath. A 3x5' shower stall, handicap railing on 3 sides and 45 square foot of tile. No shower door . My cost 14,900.00 USD. No toilet work, no vanity work, just 3x5 shower and a floating vinyl floor, all 45 sq ft for 15 grand. This was also free installation! I cancelled my order after waiting 5 1/2 MONTHS for my install. Buyers Beware.

I have not used this company for one big reason . Christina!!! In the commercial they have these supposed customers, but what they are are lifelong friends of Christina and I am sure with their money they would not have put in a jacuzzi system unless it was free. Please everyone don't ever believe commercials.

My brother and his wife are both handicapped on Social Security . He called jacuzzi and they came out against my wishes. The price started out at $25,000 for just a shower remodel nothing else. They couldn't talk him into it the salesman was there for 4 hours so they told him they could do it for $18,800 if they waved all the installation price. They got him to sign the paper when I found out I told him to call and cancel it. They threatened to sue him luckily in Missouri we have three days to cancel any contract. I finally talked him into it and he canceled it. To take advantage of the elderly not to mention the handicap is a shame it's just horrible. I wish I could take back the one star they don't deserve that either

These jerks fill my e-mail with daily junk, I've blocked countless e-mails, canceled subscriptions I never signed up for, and written them e-mails demanding they stop. Still, every single day I get more. Who would do business with that kind if crap? I've been dealing with the unwanted junk for over a year. Every. Single. Day.

My friend waited 2 months for her tub-to-shower conversion from Jacuzzi to be done and just today, 11/14/24, the contractor showed up to do the demo and said the shop has sent most of the wrong size parts and has no idea when the bath would be finished. The shop manager got rude with my friend, not admitting they had measured wrong. I was waiting to see how my friend’s bathroom was finished to schedule mine, but now that I know these are the only Florida contractor for Jacuzzi, I am not considering it.

As long as Christina is advertising for this company I wouldn't let them pay me to install a jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel participates in spam email advertising. I block the message but they just use another email address. I did not sign up to receive communication of any kind from Jacuzzi Bathrooms.
