I haven’t received my money since 28th…

I haven’t received my money since 28th july 2026.
I haven’t used any of your bonuses i used only my deposit money and then i got some good win after all the time spent in your gambling casino.
This is really sad i have to go through this.
This is really shameful for your team who cant do the job properly in a time.
Waiting for withdrawal has been taken almost a week and still no updates .
This is a crap!

Jackpot mobile casino from grace media has given me too much frustration by making wait.

If something happened to me because of the stress u will be responsible.

STAY AWAY

Dodgy company, i deposited £10 and got the free bet everything was fine, account created perfectly no issues, I got awarded a free bet then placed an ACCA i won 3 out of 4 legs and then BOOM Account closed. claiming 'Risk Based Decision' this is a load of crap.
Why not close my account before

Don't bother with the sign-up bonus as I topped up £20 received £10 bonus on to played slots up to max wagering of £520 and as it converted into cash they gave me £40 cash to play and took £480 too themselves truly mortified.
