Warranty

Unfortunately, our Jackery 2000 started acting up. Contacted Customer Service for help. They were super quick to respond. Unit was still under warranty and replaced. Team Jackery did an amazing job communicating throughout the process and resolved the situation promptly. Well done, and thank you!

Reasons…

Many things caused me purchase Jackery products. The warranty, company’s reputation, customer service, portability, ease of use and capacity. So far, not disappointed.

Explorer 2000 v2

I am very happy with my purchase of Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 Portable Power Station. I bought it primarily for camping, but I see great utility in powering corded equipment for work around my yard, as well as protecting the fridge during our occasional power outages. Hope I don't need to test the Warranty. (but glad its there)

Excellent customer service

Although the shipping process was a nightmare it was no fault of Jackery. The customer service was truely extraordinary. They kept me up to date and assured me they had my interest top of mind. I received an email everytime a change in shipping happened and even emailed me to let me know although nothing was new they were still on top of the investigation. I know Jackery will always back their product which is the biggest piece of mind.
