I had a subscription plan with Akaunting which didn't successfully renew. However, each attempt to renew actually took money out of my account.
I'm not sure whether Akaunting is at fault or the Iyzico integration fails.
On November 5th at 12:22 I booked a Flixbus Ticket via the Turkish Website and paid via Iyzico and Wise.
The website was frozen for 10 minutes, I never got the ticket, I didn't get a refund.
Iyzico sent me the transaction number and I should contact Flixbus and they can find the ticket via this number.
BUT: I wrote more than 10 mails and had around 5 chats, not one agent could find the ticket.
So Flixbus AND Wise said it's a problem with Iyzico.
So I kindly ask you to solve this problem and give me a refund, because in the meantime (on 10.11.) I already book a new ticket.
Scammers!!! They partner with scam platforms to reap people of their money. Any platform you see using their gateway is a scam because they will never issue refund.
