Pearching Stool.
Received my peaching stool quickly and am very pleased with it. We had an issue with a damaged part and they replaced it immediatly. They have an excellent customer service who were prompt in replying and delightful to deal with. Would certainly recommend them!

spare parts for a gaming chair
I needed spare parts for a gaming chair I bought over 2 years ago. It has cost some conviction to procure the required parts from production, but then everything worked great. The price was also appropriate.

The chair is comfortable and appropriate for my size. I use it without the head or back rest as the support is sufficient for me and reduced my neck pain.
Only feedback I have is that the plastic mold covering to be abit better shaped as it has sharp edges when installing. Otherwise, the chair meets expectations!

The chair got here broken! No reply on mails and no phone contact available. The website doesn’t even have a real Impressum. Very disappointing! We will contact pay pal to get out money back!

Ergonomic office chair was very good and has been extremely conformable for the last year.
Unfortunately I had a problem with it after the expiry of the warranty, but the company have responded quickly and positively to resolve the issue without question.

Excellent product and service - highly recommended
Product came in a simple package: every part was well wrapped to avoid damaging, everything needed to assemble it was inside (it also contained a pretty solid allen wrench, which came in handy), and the assemble sheet was very clear. There were also a couple of spare parts, which might be useful later on.
The chair is amazing, it's incredibly comfortable and of great value considering the fair price. My back already feels better and it will benefit a great deal when sitting down for many hours a day.
