Do not use!

Ordered a jumper for Christmas on 05/12. Chased and chased for delivery updates. Tried to cancel when it was obvious it wasn’t going to arrive in time. Have repeatedly asked for a refund through their website and email address and heard nothing. Will be reporting to Trading Standards shortly

They have stolen my money

I ordered two of their hoodies they took payment and did not deliver they will not answer my emails but still have my money. This is disgraceful I am an OAP they have ripped me off these were presents for my grandchildren and should not be allowed to trade

Ony Hooded Blankets and Room Diffusers

I've bought 5 hooded Ony blankets over the past 2 years through John Lewis. 3 for my husband and myself and 2 for my niece in grey and black. They are honestly fantastic. Warm, but lightweight and very easy to wash and dry. I wash and leave to stand over night on a hanger and they are dry the next day. It's now June and I'm still sneaking into my Ony in the evening ... Superb. I also bought an Ony room diffuser directly from them earlier this year, and was very impressed with the product quality when it arrived. It also arrived very promptly. I've seen negative reviews for Ony but can only say that my experience of them is that their products and service are excellent. Thankyou!
As a footnote to this review. Before writing it I ordered a pair of Ony slippers directly from Ony. They arrived this morning less than 24 hours later. Excellent product, excellent service!

Don’t buy from them

Very similar to other reviews - ordered three for Christmas presents, they did arrive, and I returned two back as they were too big.

Tracked parcel so the return definitely arrived. That was 3 weeks ago; no money back, no communication, no customer service to get hold of, ignoring my social posts and messages. Appalling customer service; do not use.

Nobody there

Ordered a hoody and didn't get a confirmation email. Just wanted to find out what date to expect it.. To date I have yet to hear from a single employee. They make it impossible to contact them directly, insta comments deleted, no email responses after 2 weeks. Absolute scam as they were happy to take the money immediately from my account.

No customer service at all!
Ordered 3 hoodies mid-December, they use Evri for shipping and of course the parcel went missing. I contacted them a week and a half ago asking for a refund and have provided proof of the parcel going missing from Evri. They have completely ignored me, no response whatsoever, no number to call for support. Going to have to open a PayPal dispute to get my money back.
Save yourself the money and hassle and buy from kudd.ly. They are cheaper, their product is amazing and you won't get ripped off.

I ordered a hoodie on Black Friday

I ordered a hoodie on Black Friday. This was despatched via Evri for delivery but has not arrived. I have asked countless times for a refund or replacement but this has been declined. My contract is with Itsony and not the courier company - something they should be aware of. I will never use them again. Dreadful customer service.

Incredible Quality & Warmth

It seems like quite a new company so I wanted to review it first and set it off well.
I originally saw Oodie and really wanted one but was put off by the price. I then saw Ony pop up on my Instagram after about 2 months and saw it’s less than half the price of Oodie.
I thought I’d order it to try and see if it’s a compromise from the more expensive brand.
No. It’s the comfiest, warmest thing I’ve ever worn.
I felt a bit fobbed off by CS about the dispatch and delivery of it so hopefully this will improve in time. They did stay super polite so I can’t criticise that but I did feel fobbed off. However, the Ony is here and the quality is amazing, the warmth is another level and it’s one of the best things I’ve ever bought. I’m so glad I chose this one to order and I’ve recommended it to everyone.
