Had an email from dpd 1 week ago saying that they were awaiting the parcel from ITS and dpd still haven't received it. Not even an update from ITS with regards to an estimated day for delivery.

dewalt 2nd fix nail gun not in working condition
we have used its many times .however the dewalt 2nd fix nail gun was not as new when it arrived. it came with no instruction booklet or product packaging !Plus it did not work as the piston was bent so it would not complete the fire cycle from the first actuation .Got a replacement quickly but was unable to utilise the gun for job it was purchased for .

This is the second time i have used ITS and on both occasions my product has been received in good order and on time, the company are competitive and have a good stock of products, also the customer service is reachable and they treat you like a human fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic, heavy duty fan from Milwaukee... ITS were offering the best price for my budget and this monster of a fan arrived the very next day. Yes, it's not the cheapest fan on the market, but you get what you pay for, and this amazing bit of kit shifts a huge volume of air that you can feel more than 10 meters away! It's a very robust fan with a high quality build and is powered by either mains power or M18 battery. I absolutely love this fan!
