I also believe this is a scam. They never refunded my money. I emailed, I called so many times. Item is not in stock but is posted on their website. I just hope they get caught.

We placed a major order for laptops to fulfill a contract and sent a deposit exceeding $30,000. Once the funds were secured by ITdevices.com, the professional service vanished and was replaced by a series of excuses and delays. We were given the run-around regarding "tariffs" and "unplanned pricing increases" that were never part of the original agreement.
When it became clear they were unable or unwilling to fulfill the order as quoted, we requested a full refund of our deposit. We have now been battling to get our money back for over three months.
The most alarming part of this experience is the lack of integrity at the executive level. In our most recent communication, the CEO’s assistant essentially informed us that we would not be seeing our money again. This is a blatant misappropriation of funds and a complete breach of contract.
Key takeaways for potential buyers:
Unreliable Fulfillment: They may use "market changes" to hold your order hostage.
Financial Risk: They are currently withholding over $30,000 of our capital with no intention of refunding it.
Unprofessional Leadership: Direct communication from the CEO's office indicates they do not honor their financial obligations.
Buyers be extremely aware. We are currently pursuing legal and regulatory escalations. Save your company the time, money, and legal headache—source your hardware elsewhere.
Fake website. Don't ever waste your time and place any order as they don't carry any stock and never pick up calls.
