ITEC - Abysmal Customer Service & Support

Since ITEC teamed up with Xerox & Xerox Finance, their customer service has deteriorated in every way. We've had issues with non-delivery of toner, technicians failing to turn up, inability of staff on their support phoneline to resolve issues, no response to emails, etc, all of which left us without a working printer for weeks on end, and having to pay for our printing to be done elsewhere. They have not reimbursed us for the cost of this, of course. We have now terminated our contract early, and would never go back to them for print services. If I could give them no stars, I would.

Avoid at all costs

Been having issues with this company for two years. Regular breakdowns of photocopier, no toner arriving when it should, regularly waiting days for an engineer. We are now on our record wait time of one month without a working photocopier with them saying that we need to pay to come out of the service agreement, yet it's them that are not fulfilling the service agreement. Avoid at all costs - escalated to area manager and getting nowhere.

On-call annoying, rep was amazing

Although it was quite frustrating dealing with on-call support when I was referred to Lauren in Bristol she resolved all the issue's I had immediately and for that reason I would recommend them if you have a rep such as I do.

Abysmal service

Abysmal service. We had the misfortune of having our original photocopier support contract sold on to Itec. They never told us. The service from Itec is terrible - we had a machine down for over 6 weeks without so much as an apology. Now when we try and end the contract they hied behind small print. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

No-show for engineer to fix printer & no help or support.

We have been with ITEC for over 7 years now, but their customer service has really deteriorated over the last year. On 2 of the most recent occasions when our printer wasn't working, we waited on-site all day for an engineer who never arrived. The telephone 'Helpline' 0117 951 1500 given on their website did not work and is, apparently, discontinued. The online Support Portal was never updated with the whereabouts of our engineer, and their email Helpdesk just kept fobbing us off. They could not seem to produce an engineer to fix our machine, and could not tell us when they would do so. We will not be renewing our contract with ITEC!
*In response to the reply from ITEC below, I emailed ITEC Sales Support as they suggested, but got no reply, as at today, 30th June. I did finally get through on their Helpline, on the 24th June, but despite their promises, nobody has called me back and our issue has still NOT been resolved. Dreadful customer support.

The team at ITEC provided an excellent service during the initial, and logistically challenging, period post Covid-19 lockdown. The team could not be any more helpful and went over and above their roles in order to make my job easier working from home. Great stuff

Thoroughly Recommended

Having worked with a couple of different printer providers, I honestly have to say that these guys are simply the best.

Communication is perfect and they always go further than expected to assist with issues and silly questions.

Great Service

After an extensive ITT process, ITEC now provide a UK wide managed print service for my 10,000 staff Utilities Services company. During the ITT process and subsequently in delivering the service ITECH have acted with the utmost professionalism. Currently delivering excellent service and the resolution of any issues are just a phone call away.
