Exceptional service and fresh flowers delivered fast!
I recently used their services, and I must say I am impressed. They are highly professional and reliable. The flowers were delivered within a short time—just two hours after I placed my order.
To clarify my order, they immediately called me and ensured everything was accurate before sending it out.
The packaging was very nice, ensuring that the flowers arrived in perfect condition. Moreover, the flowers were fresh.
They even took the extra step to include a personalized note with wishes, making the experience even more special.
I highly recommend their services!

Dead flowers and no customer service! Fiori già appassiti e nessuna risposta
I have ordered a bouquet from UK to be delivered in Italy. I have picked the GIRASOLI One.. there was only one sunflower and the other flowers were dead. Not what I was expecting when I paid £30+ delivery for a total of £50. I have emailed them, attaching picture but no answer. I will never use them again!
Ho ordinato dei fiori dal Regno Unito da consegnare in Italia. Ho scelto il bouquet GIRASOLI. Di girasole ce ne era solo uno, mentre gli altri, soprattutto gerbere, erano già appassite.
Sicuramente non quello che mi sarei aspettato dopo aver pagato un totale di 50£, inclusa la consegna.
Ho inviato tramite mail la mia lamentela, allegando foto e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Da evitare assolutamente!

Servizio eccellente, piante fiori freschissimi e arrangiati con gusto e attenzione. Deliziosi dettagli come il biglietto colorato in sintonia con i fiori e scritto a mano in bella calligrafia sulla base del vostro messaggio. Servizio telefonico gentilissimo, disponibilità e generosità per richieste individuali. Sulla mia esperienza posso caldamente raccomandare Italia in Fiore!
Excellent service, beautifully arranged, fresh plants and flowers. And lovely details like the hand written card with your message in colors fitting the flowers.
