island ink-jet pickering My all-in-one…

island ink-jet pickering My all-in-one computer appeared to have a virus but was in fact worse Microsoft had locked my PC and a key was needed to restart it.... He worked really hard on trying to get the key and finally found it on my laptop. keyed it in and up popped my computer. Then I decided to get a upgrade to windows 11 which was handled quickly and my computer was fined tuned and working faster. There was a major amount of work put into getting me back up. He is extremely Knowledgeable and the price was reasonable and I am on very happy customer.... I would highly recommend him for any computer problem. It was done efficiently and with a pleasant personality

BEWARE of this Company!

BEWARE:

I bought 10 expensive KN-95 masks from them. They never sent the confirming email that they promised (I assumed they were busy at Christmas) and they are not answering the phone. They have not sent the masks.
I have a printed confirmation that they received my order with reference, order & invoice numbers.
There does not appear to be a way to contact them on their website either.

Non-existent customer service

Ordered a colour cartridge for my HP printer. It arrived quickly.

However when I installed it, there was a colour missing. Also white streaks through the other colour.

Contacted Island Ink Jet - no response via email

Disputed charge with credit card company who reversed the charge.

Followed up with Island InkJet - again no response via email and no answer when calling them on the phone.

There is nothing wrong with the printer as I purchased an HP cartridge which worked fine.

Buyer be warned - So called 100 % Guaranteed Toner Cartridges !

Buyer be warned - check your supplies as soon as you
received them or better yet, shop elsewhere ...
Sooner or later you will find out how Island Ink stands behind
their a so called "100 % GUARANTEE" ;

We did find out when we installed our MLT-D116L Toner
we purchased from them; not only we couldn't use it, it
Prompted us to Replace Toner AND Optical Drum !

So after we purchased a set Toner and Optical cartridges from
another vendor because Island Ink was significantly more expensive
we then realized that our original Optical Drum was still good.
The error messages were caused by the Island Ink product MLT-D116L .

We then phoned Island Ink and reported the issue; they claimed the
product was purchased over 12 months ago and said to us :
" It is what it is..." and will get back to you ...

Still no response after many weeks and emails later....
