Slow customer service, and could not download one video ( no sound, huge file, 30 seconds of play)
Be very careful of customer service - they only promise response in 48 hours, and the product seems very buggy to me... so you need faster response times! So don't expect immediate results.
Also beware of the bundle deals. It is not entirely obvious what final price you are going to pay - you can figure it out, you just have to be on your toes.
I have been asking for a refund only 1-2 hours after I ordered, and I have not been refunded any money.

Doesn't work with BBC iplayer anymore...
I have used this a while to play the wmv files downloaded from BBC iplayer, however the BBC now only offer downloads in MP4 format and iskysoft doesn't now open them. I have therefore wasted my money as I only purchased this program about 5 months ago.
I've tried contacting iskysoft from the options within my "Video Converter Ultimate" program but all their contact methods don't seem to work and haven't worked for over a month. I am very disappointed.

I hate having used time on downloading and installing programs, then to find out that they cost money to use. Put the price on the download link, and not in the bottom of the page where only 5% looks.
