Fragile Rowing Machine & Con customer service
TLDR:
- Flawed product design made it impossible to use in less than 3 months.
- Seller refused to fulfill the 1-year warranty promised in Amazon's product description.
After 2,5 months of use, the ISEFIT rowing machine got broken. A design flaw on the foot-holder-stripe made it impossible to use the product.
I have contacted ISE customer service. They replied and insisted: "the company address on your invoice is not ours. So we cannot provide you with after-sales service".
Completely against what they had promised.
Buy it at your own risk. A heavy piece of trash is hard to get rid of after it's broken.
