IScooter were great when it came to after sales support. My weight was a little too much for the bike that I purchased & the tubeless tyres gave out under that weight, which is understandable. I contacted their support team & they said no problem & sent me out inner tubes to fit into the tubeless tyres, which solved the problem right away. Now after riding the bike for a week I am pleased to report the tyres are now fine. I do recommend when thinking about buying an E Bike, to consider IScooter as they have a great range. They also have scooters & disability scooters to choose from. Thanks very much IScooter Support Team.

Ordered i9 scooter for my Son's birthday. He only had it for a week before it stopped working. We contacted iscooter and was asked to send a video of what the problem was. We did this and they were unable to offer any solution other than to take it to a technician and ask them to test it with a multimeter and obtain a report. Not the answer you would expect for a scooter that only worked for a WEEK! No offer of a refund or replacement. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend buying a scooter from them. UPDATED: THE ORDER # iscooter CLAIM THEY CANNOT FIND IS ORDER ISC81308UK.

After sales service with iScooter has been impeccable. Given my initial indecisiveness and opting to return a scooter and get an ebike instead, every issue I had was resolved very speedily and with professionalism. Even to the extent of offering to send out a replacement for a faulty battery without requirement of sending back the original. The only issue was the wait time due to a stock drought of that particular battery. Overall very pleased with the service and the bike has been extremely useful.

Do not buy scooters off iScooter they are a rubbish build and always fail, mines actually been returned faulty, fixed and resold as a new item they have glued all the connectors and used cable ties! Stay away!!!!

Product came quickly. Works well so far, daughter loves it. Great customer service.

Ordered a i9, there was a problem with the shipping. But to be fair the team was quick with responses and was quick to send another scooter out.

The response from the customer service team has been great. They reply promptly and the resolution offered to resolve the issue we experienced was the best outcome. So far very happy with the company.

I bought a i9 from these guys and when the scooter developed a fault they was more than willing to sort the issue out with great customer support.

The customer service we have received from Iscooter was brilliant.

When we had to contact regarding our scooter, we received responses within 12 hours on each occasion and a resolution was achieved very speedily. Massive shout out to the team and the excellent products. We will be back!!

Great quick and easy to use

Very good quality and delivery, only thing with the product is that it doesn’t tell you how to unlock it, I had to email the company because the scooter was only going 25kmh but they told me how to unlock it and now it goes full speed

Very easy to deal with and got our issue sorted quickly. Very impressed with the customer service.

i can not praise i scooter enough for what the company have done for me over the past few months .i have put in 4 different orders now and i have never had a problem what so ever . mobility scooter for my dad also the i scooter i 10 for myself and 2 U4 bikes for my partner and myself .I would like to say a big thank you to Karl at i scooter for sorting out everything for us he has been a real GEM.Thank you all at i scooter for your first class service .ill be recommending you to all of my friends and family 5 STARS PLUS

Karl from customer service contacted me personally and went above and beyond to help. He was patient, professional, and worked extremely hard to find a solution to my issues. Most importantly, he followed through and managed to resolve everything in the best possible way.

I’m now really happy with the outcome and, more importantly, I have peace of mind knowing that if I have any issues in the future, there is someone willing to listen and genuinely help.

I recently purchased the iScooter iF1 from iScooterGlobal.UK. The scooter itself looks well-built and feels very solid and powerful. However, after receiving it, I realised that it was a little too large and heavy for my daily commuting needs.
What I really appreciated was the customer service. I contacted them about returning or exchanging the scooter, and they were responsive and willing to discuss different options, including an e-bike exchange. They took the time to understand my situation and offered solutions rather than simply dismissing my request.
