Hi Rob,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the item no longer being available and discontinued by the manufacturer.
We don’t display live stock levels on our website - https://www.ironmongeryforyou.co.uk/delivery.
However, we do make sure to contact customers immediately if there are any issues and I can see that we contacted you with refund confirmation within a few hours after the order was placed.
I know we have been having a conversation via email so please get in touch if there is anything else we can do to help.
Regards,
Alex.

Hi Ryan,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay on your recent order. I completely understand how frustrating it is to place an order and then find out the item is out of stock.
Because we work with multiple suppliers and carry over 30,000 product lines, we don’t display live stock levels on our website.
However, we do make sure to contact customers immediately if anything is on a longer lead time so there are no surprises, and you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
I know we have been having a conversation via email so please get in touch if there is anything else we can do to help.
Regards,
Alex.
Great service
Great service, not all the items ordered were available, I had an email straight away giving details of expected arrival date and an offer of refund. I chose to wait. Handles are excellent quality, I chose antique brass and they exactly as I pictured.
