Don't trust these guys over your renewal process. I first subscribed to IP Vanish in 2022, with a discounted price. Every year the price jumps to an unacceptable level. I chat with the guys on customer service, and they discount the package for me again.
Last year, the agent I think it may have been Ziel told me he would set my account to auto-renew every year for $31.50 plus tax, which I thought was great, no more having to speak to agents every year. My account shows the discounted price for renewal.

Renewal day came around today, and they have billed me $107.99! So back on to customer service, to be given a lecture by a fella named Loyd, about no discount codes last for longer than 12 months. I honestly felt like I was back in school in the headmaster's office (and I'm 54 years old). This guys attitude was horrendous! (although he did apologize when I pointed it out!)

These are the options that I was given!:
Option 1: Cancel & Keep. I can set your account to not renew again. You’ll keep access until the end of this current year, but no refund is issued.
Option 2: The "Loyalty" Workaround. I can switch your recent full-price renewal to a discounted rate of $36.30 + tax. Doing this triggers the system to reverse your original full payment. You get a year of service for a fraction of the price and your big payment back.

So I can't cancel unless I pay the $107.99, that's the only way you can get auto-renewal turned off, by having a year at full price! What an absolute rip-off. This will be the last year, I will set PayPal to reject their invoice next year. Do yourself a favour, find another VPN and don't get into the vicious circle that IP Vanish will drag you into.

Its a shame really as the VPN works great. They just don't allow you to leave.

These guys have a total predatory renewal process. Don’t put your credit card online with these guys no matter what you do to try and cancel your subscription. It won’t work and they will bill your card regardless of how many times you attempt to rectify the problem. Total shit bags.

I used a code and got a discount paying $39.99, never got service because they mixed up my email address and gave me two accounts can charged me &54.45 for second. I complained and $54.45 was refunded. They did refund $39.99 but Wells Fargo after my dispute - reversed $39.99 to IPVanish. Called and emailed them numerous times and Michell just gave me the run-around - saying he couldn't find my account. I sent him screen shot of Wells Fargo but nothing. I even said kept the money - just give me the service.
SCAMMERS - Stay far away.

I have been an IPVanish subscriber for years. Fast and friendly support staff although the only time I correspond with them it renewing another year on my subscription
I actually have my whole house in a vpn using an i5 desktop running pfsense.
Bullet proof and I am able to get sclise to 100 percent through from my ISP

Photos got cleared from Google store pen marker with 15 15 screenshots went fly so we had to use Zewa. Loyality card is good.

Customer service is always helpful. They offer great vpn protection at affordable prices.

Excellent customer service, and the VPN service is first rate. You can reach their customer service both on their website through a chat option or even on Twitter/X. I've been using their service for years now with no complaints.

I signed up for this and they took my money but sent my confirmation to someone else’s email. I’ve been trying to contact them but it says I’m blocked. I would like to resolve this issue.

I have bee using IPVanish for so many year with out problem and they keep on improving it with a very reasonable price for protection. A very good software.

Thank god Luis M answered the phone. I've had many phone calls for your help. I love the program. Many people use it because of me. I was on a conference call with my brother and Luis M to get my brothers IpVanish to open. He made three phone calls to get help and no one was able to correct his problem until my conference call with Luis M and my brother. Not only was the problem fixed, he did it in 5 minutes. Luis is the best technician I'e seen in a long time, He was very presise and knew exactly what to do. This man gets a 5 star rating in my book for being knowledgable, courteous and patient.

I used IPVanish mainly for privacy on public WiFi and to access streaming content while traveling. Connection was generally stable and the app were easy to set up. Feature I’d love to see: a simpler 1-click connect for beginners and more server locations in Pakistan, also more consistent speeds during peaks times and adding WireGuard protocol would make it competitive with newer VPNs. Cancellation was easy, and support was helpful when I asked about how to cancel either through dashboard and through emailing them.

IPVANISH WOULD EXECUTE THE FIRST COUPLE OF DAYS BUT NOW IT WILL NOT EXECUTE

Never let me down since i have been using ipvanish,also you get upgrade in nice intervals.Worth the more all day long.
