I have been a member for several years now, and while it takes awhile to actually be able to earn enough money to cash in (for me - $25 Amazon gift card) it's been okay. There have been times where I reach the end of the survey, and then it may give me "Answers Not Saved" or disqualifies me because they have too many people with the same or similar demographics as me. I simply contact them through the FAQ link and they can research it and usually I will get credited with the incentive. My latest issue is that during a survey, it said that it would pay me an ADDITIONAL $5 if I completed this particular section, which I did. It congratulated me and said that I earned the additional $5. Well, at the end of the survey it credited me NOTHING! Contacted iPoll, said they can't find the section about the extra $5, etc. etc. - did I take a screen shot of the incentive? OF COURSE NOT!! Who would do that?!? Long story short - still waiting on the $5 even though they credited me $.50. But lesson learned - will take screen shots in the future. However, I must say that when you put in your request to redeem your reward, it is almost instantaneous! It used to take weeks, so I now appreciate the faster turnaround.

Used going on 3 1/2 years now . Made so much money from rewards I had to file a special tax return just for my rewards from iPoll alone

Just about to reach my redemption target and guess what , suddenly am not eligible foe any surveys .
Contacted them lots of times and all I get is a generic " I must have broken the terms blah blah blah"

Tried to log in to my account but tells me wrong details even though I know they are right. Tried to change password, says I will receive an email to reset but nothing arrives. Tried for 3 days now..

At first it was great but after getting to diamond level I no longer get surveys I log in daily and nothing been almost 2 months with no surveys.

There are some people in the management of this site who hate success, and they seem to be fighting it through random blocking of accounts.

It is a great site, work very well but when you want to redeem your points they will banned you and will no pay anything, it is really the worst site.

Tried several times to redeem rewards

Tried several times to redeem rewards, followed all the "instructions" given when complaining of not being able to redeem, and keep getting run around. Whether on PC or laptop, no difference, changing browser, no difference, and everything else they use as excuses. The most trouble of any, and I respond to several, survey organizations. It seems like they want your input, but don't want to pay!

After days of hard work, this site blocked me for no reason when I reached the withdrawal limit, it's the worst survey site I've worked on
I advise everyone to stay away from these scamm

I join the many people whose account was terminated when I went to redeem my $50 account balance following several hours of filling out surveys honestly, reading carefully. It was terminated “ I know this must be frustrating, but we take data quality seriously as a market research provider. So after reviewing your account activity, we had no choice but to suspend your account.” The terms of use state they can terminate the account at any time for any reason and that your rewards are forfeited when your account is terminated. What an abuse of people’s time and efforts. Truly unethical. They should not be allowed to operate in this way.

It's a bad site. I solve the surveys and when I reach the end of the survey I don't get my reward, it shows a message that you can't complete the survey and after all that I go back to the main page and I get a message that there are no surveys available at this time.

If I could give them less than one star that I would. I've only used it one time and I took a survey there was a proximately 45 minutes. It was showing me in a status bar how much percentage I was and how much is towards the end. When I was in 95% of completing the survey the screen just froze. It was not my phone because I just got this phone but they didn't give me anything except take all that information that belongs to me and give it to whomever else it may be. I said give but it's. If I opened or started an application like this or similar I would make sure that in the terms and conditions that no company could sell your information without completion of a survey. Swagbucks is done this with me a couple times and it's so obvious because my phone will start ringing or I'll start getting emails within literally 10 minutes after coming closer finishing the survey. It's really I'm so lousy now that I feel like I need to change my phone number. This site is so primitive when you go to the rewards section I think they have two cards or three cards and they're all $25 . When I see all it's actually absurd because there were three different $25 cards I'm just curious has anyone ever actually received anything from you guys cuz it's kind of a scam if they take most of your information and then they tell you you don't qualify or freezes up on you. That means they've taken most of your information and they're going to use it and sell it anyway but the person that is answering the survey gets nada. That is complete misrepresentation so there's my nice story about my experience with this fly by night company

They deactivated my account when I tried to redeem my points and then reactivated it but after that they deactivated it again when I asked them to solve my redeem problem , Maybe their team make us complete the survey and then they take our money

IPoll team you should be honest with people as you always ask them to be honest and don't waste our time
from now I will ask people to avoid this site and every one should do that

Fraudulent site.After I registered my account and made a refund.The surveys were blocked, prevented from claiming the reward, and the account was deactivated.
