Absolutely rubbish site never received half of the goods I ordered lost all my money would never reccomend this site ever

i Offer, total fraud still awaiting the delivery of my item 4 months later.. no replies, blanked emails and no contact info on the i Offer site even though they take a percentage of the transaction.

Ordered bag from ioffer in December, still waiting for it in April. Never reply to emails. Never use them again

Ordered a bag in December. Never got it. Total disgrace. Take ur money and that's the end. Never ever ever ever buy from ioffer

I ordered shoes from Ioffer on 08/02/19 and after sending numerous emails I have I still not heard anything. Seems like they want to take your money but not give you the goods.(Bandits)

I have used ioffer on and off for the past 10 years and this year particularly i have been let down by the website and the sellers. I have paid for 3 items back in January / February 2019 and still waiting - 2 sellers has been removed by ioffer - so they no longer have an obligation to deliver the item or acknowledge any contact that you make.

ioffer don't actually give a hoot about its members because it gets its commission/ gets paid anyway!

Unfortunately this will only end one way - the website will steadily go in to decline as less people us it - I have no Sympathy - I will just wait like so many others until they accept the customer is the most important thing!!

Ordered 3 things havent received any of them. That was 2months ago. Avoid at all costs. You wont receive goods and wont get yr money back.

My wife ordered a pair of trainers as a and never received them. If there was a zero star I would have given that. Sent an email but no reply. In light, of the cheap order I never bothered chasing it up again.

This Company is a fraud.
Do not buy through ioffer.
As long as they make their percentage of the sale they do not care about you.
I have contacted them regarding items not received and they don't really care. In fact they never replied.
Be smart it is not worth the headache.

I have not received any of my orders that come to around 150 euro

Terrible website. Whoever runs this site should be locked up straight away. I have ordered 3 items and never received any of them. I am trying to complain but NO ONE cares and NO ONE responds.

Better give your money to charity then spending on this site

Bought ten items from ten different people months later nothing arrived rubbish reply’s from sellers, IOFFER. Don’t care it is just a platform for you to hand over money

Stay away from this site. I never received both of my orders and no one does anything about it. Customer service is no help at all. Sellers don't even message you back when you report an issue. I can't believe this website is even on the internet and I can't get refunded for my purchases.Never again.

Got delivered different size shoes twice and they wouldn't change it and Iv noticed there seeing items for 23.99 upwards for items you get out of poundshop for £1 and b&m for £1.99 that's a big rip off

MY CREDIT CARD GOT STOLEN/HACKED AFTER MY PURCHASE AND I HAD TO CANCEL IT.

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AND DEFINITELY MY LAST

If you are lucky you will get your product, but i lost my money. There is no customer support or buyer protection at all. Buy at your own risk.

I ordered from this site, items never came. No customer protection at all. What is the INTERPOL doing to stop these scammers?

I have ordered from iOffer for years. It has it hang ups, cc processing can be trying and the ship times are long but in the end worth it. Just always buy from someone with lots of feedback. And there is a reason your shopping there. Enjoy

DON'T buy here.
Not only I have not received my parcel and now having conversation with seller for 1,5 month, but also seller now is accusing me for stealing (yes, stealing) both parcels from him (though both tracking numbers are not working) and threatens that he will contact his credit card company and my credit card will be frozen, so I should consider, do I really need to keep my dispute (which I filled for my credit card processor) open. Hilarious, isn't it?
Also, customer service there doesn't exist. So you won't receive any help.
First and the last time ioffer, you won't see me here ;)

Ordered a handbag for my wife on 2/15/19, still waiting as of 3/24/19..They have no status...
