In our specific case, he was politely and with the necessary respect made aware of an existing defect in his goods. Instead of reacting with the required professionalism and handling this warranty case in a serious manner, Mr. Nimtz opted for all kinds of excuses and denied any responsibility.
In the course of his constant evasions, not only his lack of understanding for the technical matter of the product came to light, but also his unawareness of the applicable legal situation regarding warranty law. (§§ 437, 438 BGB)
After Mr. Nimtz repeatedly responded to our requests to fulfill his contractual obligations with nonsense, we enforced our legal claim with the help of a court of law.
Now that we have our money back, I would like to use this review to warn everyone urgently not to enter into business relations with this individual. Based on our experience, we can only advise people against doing business with "IO-Shield".
